D'boni's Pizza

First, let me declare a bias, I eat here once a month as part of our Shriners group for our monthly meeting. I have been coming to D.boni's for a couple of years now, and find both the dine in and take home food to be good. It never fails to be served on time or ready when ordered for pick up. The quality is always well done, the meats spot on, the pastas flavorful and properly cooked, and the sauces savory. D'boni's is the kind of family run place you want to support, you will get good personal service done by caring friendly people.

Food was really tasty. I had the combo pizza and some wings. Ask for the wings extra crispy, you won't be disappointed. The food came out quick and the staff was friendly. It was a weekday so there were locals having dinner and a girl scout meeting going on. It's bigger inside than you think and it has some games.Overall, I'd visit again.

Was very excited to give D'boni's Pizza a try. It's a small town that's been around since the 80s with years of league team photos adorning the walls. There's in a small arcade room that appears to have been there since before computers, along with a scattering of other games to keep the children entertained. Located in a small strip mall with foodie options in an equally small town. I feel like a pizza snob by saying this isn't my type of pizza. The crust had a crunchy cracker taste with no hint of yeast, and the sauce was on the sweet side which equals m'eh to me. I prefer a charred chewy yeast tasting dough.Order from the counter as you walk in and you're given a number. Staff is friendly and accommodating with my special requests. For presentation, this is a 5 star pizza with noticeable attention to detail. The toppings were in abundance and not just scattered but nicely placed on the pie, covering the entire pie. Not leaving a huge crust area was helpful with ordering a medium pizza because large is not available. I would go as far to say this is the best looking pizza. Size options are mini, small, medium & X large. Hubbs and I barely ate half a medium pie.For the babes we ordered a small cheese sticks made with the pizza dough. You can really taste the cracker taste with the cheese bread. The pizzas appear to have been cooked in a conveyor oven that is heated from the bottom because the crust is very crispy on the bottom, but the top is still a little on the doughy side and the cheese doesn't have that bubbled cooked goodness.This is a good local pizza parlor but I wouldn't go out of my way. If you're out for a drive in the country this a solid pizza place that's good for a large group and families. You know you're in the country because as we were leaving, we were hit with a strong aroma of cows!

This place was our first stop on our way to Pinecrest and it's definitely a win! Food is amazing! Even have gluten free options for my wife! Arcade games are such a plus for the kids! Super friendly and great customer service!! 5 stars!!

This place was a pleasant surprise. Really love the old school pizza place feel. Pizza was very good! The dough was perfect. Nice amount of toppings and the cheese pull was great! Staff was helpful and friendly enough. My reason for missing star is because when we asked for ranch, they brought us little cups of prepackaged ranch. Other than that, everything else was great.

Normally 4-5 stars but not today. X-Large half garlic chicken and half meat . Please monitor your pizzas your selling. $30 some dollars for this. We just ate the toppings.

The food was EXCELLENT. We are visiting from Texas and had the taste for pizza. We had a D'boni special and a calzone. Truly delicious. The customer service was awesome when we picked up the pizza and it's actually a pretty cool place to bring the family. Not too big and not too small for the small town.

Always a delicious pizza!! I take mine to go each time, but the best pizza in Escalon for sure! And always friendly service.

This place been here since the 80s. The pizza was great and the salad bar very fresh. Nice little arcade. Very roomy for large groups
