D'Alonzo Ranch Equestrian Center

I've been riding at D'Alonzo for a year and boarding my own horse there for the past five months. Donette is the sweetest! She's completely content to let her boarders get on with it, but if you have a question or concern, she's always available to help. My horse has a 12*24 stall and is turned out into her own pasture every day for an incredibly reasonable price. 100% recommend.

I was here over the weekend to watch my six year old niece ride in her first horse show.There is a nice large indoor/covered area and a large outdoor arena set up for jumping. The outdoor arena has covered bleachers for the convenience of those watching. We had a little picnic there in the shade while watching a trainer school horses.There are two long lines of stalls on either side of the indoor arena which have at least 20 or 30 stalls. Each of the stalls has an outdoor run so the horses can choose whether to be indoors in the shade or outside in the sun.There are a number of pastures/paddocks filled with green grass and there were many horses wandering about and grazing. We don't board our horses here, so I don't know anything about their prices, but this is a lovely place to attend a horse show

Donette is so knowledgeable when it comes to horses. Her many years of showing and training horses has made her one of the best trainers in the San Joaquin County. Her and her husband Larry are always working around there Beautiful ranch and willing to help. It is one of the cleanest stables I've been two. Her passion shows the the hard work she does at the ranch.

I took a beginners riding lesson and had a great experience. The instructor and her beautiful horse made me feel at ease. By the end of the lesson, I was able to walk the horse on my own with confidence! I look forward to more lessons at D'Alonzo Ranch. :)

I would give zero stars if I could. Donette, the owner, put a sick horse waiting to see a vet in my horse's stall. When I asked her who the horse's vet was, she could not remember. Donette left my horses in their pastures when I paid for stalls AND turn-out. Donette punched one of my horses in the face when she said he was "in her space." This horse showed anxiety whenever I walked with him past Donette. If Donette denies all of this, I have a person who witnessed a sick horse in one of my horse's stalls and pictures of my horses left in pastures when stalls were paid for. She also used the "F" and "S" words while talking with me. Do not believe her excuses for her behaviors.
