What an amazing experience!As first time homebuyers, we were very nervous about the process, and with so much information online, we weren't sure how to go about most of it. Cynthia put all those worries to rest! She made the process informative, and made sure we still enjoyed shopping for a home. She took the time to explain everything to us, and comforted us we experienced the ups and downs of the market. We wouldn't be in our home without Cynthia (seriously, she followed up when it hadn't left the market, despite being told other offers were accepted!) and we wouldn't have it any other way. Cynthia is a very patient realtor amongst her other great qualities. I think this is important because finding the right home can take a while especially these days. I feel this quality is very important in the right realtor for you because often you may start working with someone who gives up on you. Not Cyn! Cynthia was great!!!!!! As we were first time home buyers she was with us every step of the way. Because of her we now own our dream house. She took the time to help us find our house and answered the million questions we had. She made it to our inspections and was there to give us our keys when we moved in. Cynthia helped me purchase my first home. I found her name from yelp and contacted right away. I had absolutely no home buying experience and no idea where to start, what to do or expect. She was wonderful. Very patient and thorough in explaining the process. Her knowledge and experience showed in everything. She was always available, flexible and willing to go out of her way to help me and answer my questions. She did absolutely everything for me leaving me with a feeling, that I had nothing to worry about. That was huge as I have an extremely busy life with crazy work schedule. I had been in the market for 2 years looking for just the right home. I did not have a realtor working for me. I went to an open house in Tracy and the realtor showing the house was Cynthia Wertman. I have been a police officer for over 26 years and have a very suspicious nature. I had always lumped realtors into the same category as car salesman. Always wondering how much you're going to be ripped off. Cynthia completely turned my opinion around with her warm heartedness, honesty, integrity and ethics. Cynthia possesses an extensive knowledge, background and experience in real estate and business...something close to around 100 years. (joking) She was patient with me during a very challenging loan process when I wanted to just throw in the towel. She treated me as if she was someone 'looking out for a friend' throughout the entire home purchase. I now think of Cynthia along the terms of that 'one honest auto mechanic' thats hard to find, that's not going to rip you off, be totally honest in your dealings and give you the best service possible! She puts no pressure on you and is always looking out for your best interest. I have known Cynthia for over 20 years and most recently was able to use her expert advice in the realty world. She was most enthusiastic and did not hesitate to assist me & my husband with our financial real estate situation. Her honesty and experience were most helpful at a time when we needed her guidance and support. She was always willing & able to offer suggestions and her "can do" attitude and positive outlook always made us feel a lot less hopeless with our particular realty woes. She was able to share so much of her vast knowledge with us and always sought out the answers to our needs. Cynthia's patience with our ever-changing and sometimes difficult mortgage negotiations (she is also a broker), helped us throughout our whole process and she never made us feel incompetent or insecure. Again her knowledge of the whole" US economy crisis" and upcoming tax changes assisted us greatly in making the right decisions. Cynthia helped me find a house 10 years ago and she was amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the real estate world and a go-getter!! She wants to help you find the perfect home and tends to your every need... I can't say enough about her!!! When it came time to shorten the commute, I looked her up again. She hadn't changed a bit. The odds were really stacked against me that I would find what I wanted in the price range I needed as well as the timeframe I needed, but she was willing to go on this endeavor with me, so we did. Low and behold, we put a bid in on the house I loved on July 5th and closed on August 1st!! I couldn't be happier!! It was the only bid we submitted. She established a great working relationship with the other realtor and they both submitted everything they needed to very quickly... I highly recommend Cynthia!! She is the best of the best and an even better person!!
