Crumbl - Stockton

Service is a hit or miss. Either you get lucky and a staff member is in the front decorating and packing cookies. Or you're waiting hella long for someone to come to the front and realize they have a line of customers. Which kinda sucks. I haven't had a bad experience with a staff member when I've encountered them, they did welcome and help me. Maybe crumbl just isn't my cup of tea, but I have yet to try 1 cookie from this joint that is good or let me rephrase that.. that I actually like. The cookies are almost raw like. The cookies themselves all taste the same.. They're extremely sweet for no reason. Then the cookies are just not it. Not sure what the hype is about... this place is just as over rated as raising canes. The only reason I give 4 stars is for the staff being and their service. Never had a bad interaction with anyone. Just the wait times suck and so do the cookies.

These cookies are huge lol great for big parties, work gatherings, etc. They have smaller cookies but are only available for catering. You can order at their kiosk, at the counter, or on Door dash so it's pretty convenient. They always have chocolate chip (there might be a few others) and then they have new flavors on rotation every now and then, which is fun to try new flavors.

Best cookies ever especially when it's warm with sprinkles on top. The only that's sucks os o don't not get my free bday cookie in the app. I hope I can show my ID and get it.

User friendly mobile app and friendly employees. I really enjoy the different flavors one can try every week.

I hope refusing to give me a bag for containers of Banana Pudding when I told you I needed one was worth my business. I'll drive into Lodi!! Girl in back was incredible rude.

Products are normally always good but the service is not. On a rare occasion we get nice people but the last order we picked up the girl just threw the cookie box at me when my hand was out to grab it. I barely caught the box and my husband looked at me in shock! Not ok stockton crumble, you need to do better please.

I have been a crumbl fan since day 1 but yesterday... not so much! I thought crumbl was known for their cake soft cookies. Well my choco toffee sea salt AND my cowboy cookie could have broke a tooth they were so hard!! Out or the 4 cookies the best was banana split. Even the cookie and cream lacked flavor. I was so disappointed. I don't know if I even want to try again next time.

Cookies are very sweet, but a little bite goes along way. Great for sharing, but I wouldn't recommend eating the whole cookie.

I ordered 6 pack for FULL size cookies. Opened this and seen this. Two full size and rest of them were small cookies. Disappointed. Every time I come here, it's always something wrong. $20-25 waste

Went in today for the new weekly cookies the front counter girl was glazing/topping off the cookies and ringing ppl up without changing her gloves she also kept touching her hat and that's super gross, behind her half the staff had face covering down to their chin and chewing cookies, so unprofessional, employees clocking out to go home would go into the hot box with no glove or face cover and grab what they wanted to take home ‍ smh then they give me this dirty box to take home
