When I decided to join a CrossFit gym I was skeptical because this was going to be a challenge I hadn't faced before. However after my first class I found the trainers and existing members to be very welcoming and helpfulLike most challenges we face in life it takes the help of friends and family to overcome, so the same can be said of the team " family" at Cameron Park Cross Fit! Oh and ladies....leave the "Good & Plenty" on the shelf cause the "eye" candy is good and plenty!

I love this place! I didn't think crossfit was for me, but it's actually quite fun. My biggest concerns were safety, improper form being taught, & the quality of workouts. But Megan & Scott are awesome. Everything is safe, proper & quality. I've seen crossfitters who scare me when they do their WODs, but here, there was nothing that set off my internal alarm.I wish we had the budget to continue to attend classes, but since I'm now a stay at home mom, we watch our pennies. I will say that it's worth the money. Set up a trial class & enjoy it!

If you are serious about wanting to get in shape, this is place! If your intimidated by 'crossfit', this is the place! There are ALL levels of cross-fitters here....from beginners to the experienced. The owners Megan and Scott are competent, patient, encouraging and friendly! Get off the couch and go check it out!! They also offer one free week so you can do just that! I've only been going for one month and I'm already seeing my body change!! Thanks guys :)

Excellent fitness program if you are looking to get fit and feel good about yourself. I didn't think I could do this type of training but with Scotts guidance and teaching me proper ways to workout I am! Totally recommend this Cross Fit Cameron Park program and it's coming from a person who has always gone to In Shape, Millennium and 24 Hour fitness for years!! I am committed to getting in shape You will not have any regrets just be a tad sore. By the way, I am 62 years old so no excuses check this place out. Free Intro program tooAsk for Scott!!

I have been attending Crossfit Cameron Park for three years now, and I absolutely have no regrets. I have been active all my life, but being a part of Crossfit Cameron Park is not just about being fit. It is about being part of a community, and feels like a family. You will get pushed physically, and cheered on, but also respected when you feel like you just want to have a low key day. What I love about our crossfit gym in particular is that it is not intimidating. I am a mother of three, am in my 40's and feel very comfortable at our gym; and the great part is that my comfort does not limit how I am encouraged to grow and become more and more fit and strong over time.

I recently relocated to Cameron Park and decided to try CrossFit Cameron Park. If you've done CrossFit before you'll know that switching gyms is really like joining a new family in that you spend many hours with these people supporting them and getting support through tough, yet rewarding workouts. The staff is easy-going yet dedicated to teaching and providing a positive atmosphere. The members are very friendly and supportive as well. Whether you're an experienced CrossFitter or new to it, you won't be disappointed by CFCP or the results you'll get by joining!

I started out lifting at a gym down the street from where I lived, and after 2 years of doing the same thing I ended up being bored of the same routine and highly unmotivated. I finally decided to make a change and try out crossfit. The first day at Crossfit Cameron Park was a great experience. Not only were the coaches helpful and always there for you, but other people working out helped and encouraged as well. Now I have been doing crossfit for about a year, and its a lifestyle for me now. Scott, Megan, and Kristin are amazing trainers and I highly recommend checking out Crossfit Cameron Park.
