My home base park. It can get crowded because of all the surrounding apartments and the teens that hang here sometimes trash it (smh) but overall Pleasanton does a great job of keeping our parks in good shape. There's a trail around the field to ride your bike, skate or scooter. There's a tennis court and basketball court. They have restrooms - which I've never used and seems to be plenty of parking. The kiddos always have fun here!

The current listed address is no longer accurate. Unfortunately I found out the hard way. The current address is actually 5601 W. Los Positas Blvd. Like someone else mentioned, look for the sign and not a park as the park is tucked away. This park is clean and great for a wider age range of children. Only downside is the lack of shade over the actual play area.

Creekside Park notes-Lots of trees-Goes past/intersects Iron Horse Trail- good for game of lava monster. Penthouse life is nice. Penthouse has fire escape available for 3rd and 4th floors. 1st and 2nd floors need to be creative. Not a fan of the color scheme (goldenrod yellow with light green clashes). Nice tables with benches with an awning. Basketball court is playable with benches. Small Parking lot. Beach volleyball court exists. Only one water fountain near the basketball court that has too low pressure so you can't drink anything without having your lips on the faucet part (but that's disgusting, so practically no water to drink)

New play equipment! Please not that they changed the equipment in 2015, so any reviews/pictures of the structures from previous years are going to be out of date. The benches and shaded areas remain the same. The structures are very different. I have one autistic child so it was really cool to see a large variety of swing structures to provide vestibular input. The climbing structures are unique. I could see my older niece having a blast here, as well as the younger kids. Unfortunately, there is still no shade on the structures themselves. Parents will find plenty of shade though. Park is usually quite busy. This park contains bathrooms. It can be somewhat difficult to find, as the park is slightly back from the road and contains one small driveway. Look for the sign, not a park.

This park is so cute. It's pretty big and has basketball courts. It's the perfect place to walk your dogs. Plenty of grass, tables, places to sit and paved areas to walk on. It's in an easily missed area. I've driven by it hundreds of times and never saw it before. I got lucky when I stumbled upon it on my walk. I will definitely come back here soon!

I come here alot to walk my dog. The park has a decent size, some playground for kids and sand volleyball court. In the afternoon this place gets packed, specially when school season is off. The only problem i dont like is alot of people that goes here is scared of dogs. How i wish they designate a little corner at the end for a doggy playground or something.
