Creative Water Gardens

Beautiful, tranquil nursery. Helpful staff. Great selection. Hard to believe I've passed by this place hundreds of times before and didn't realize it was here. A well kept secret.

We took a specific road trip to get here from Sacramento, and was more impressed with this place than I had ever expected! The grounds are so peaceful and beautifully landscaped with walking paths, flowers, greenery, statuary and best of all - ponds and fountains! Creative Water Gardens fulfilled my fantasy of taking a relaxing and peaceful stroll through displays of unique water features. When you step through the entrance way, the sounds of trickling water almost puts you into a Zen like mood as you wander from walkway to walkway gazing at the beautiful displays of water features, statues and pottery. The smallest of yards can be turned into a place of interest and a peaceful retreat, because this business has so many styles and sizes of fountains that can be incorporated into any yard or patio. That's what I loved about this place! The store centered within the grounds has everything you need to get things started, complete with knowledgeable staff. They had all sizes of pumps, filters, lighting and electrical kits in stock for every type of set up desired. Not only that, but the store also had decorative items for yard and home. Even the care of pond fish, complete with a fish diagnostic center! Joe K and I really had a very nice time visiting here. And while he was talking to a pond expert for advice, I got to walk around the entire area at least three times just to make sure I didn't miss anything! I hope to make the trip back to this place soon! The age of Aquarius begins here!

I love having water features in my back yard. I already have five fountains and it isn't enough. I have dreams of a small pond full of shabunkin goldfish and a small waterfall. I thought I was going to get to realize this dream last year so I was looking for a place to help me figure out the equipment I needed in order to have the proper water flow for the waterfall and for easy maintenance. After a little searching I found Creative Gardens on the internet. It was over an hour away but there just are not that many places that specialize in helping people set up their own ponds and waterfalls. I found a couple in the greater Sacramento area but I did not feel comfortable using them so we decided to take a drive to Escalon.Creative Water Gardens has a really nice display of waterfalls, fountains, figurines, and plants along with a friendly staff that, while eager to help, is in no way aggressive or pushy. I talked to someone that had a great working knowledge of the equipment I need and while I unfortunately have not been able to start the project, I look forward to working with him when the time comes. Prices are a little higher than I can get on the internet but I am more than willing to pay a few extra dollars for customer service and to help a local business.

DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AT ALL!!! CAN NOT TRUST THEIR WORD!After purchasing an item from this company, we discovered that the product was damaged and had a small leak at the base of the fountain. I worked with the "Manager James Jones" and I was told that he was communicating with the owner of the business. James sent me a confirmation email that he received from manufacturer that the replacement piece be shipped out. The shipping would take approx. 2-3 weeks to come in which I was willing to wait. Approx. 1.5 weeks later I got a call from James Jones explaining to me that nothing has been done yet and that if I wanted the replacement piece that I would need to pay for that as well. So as of now the company is refusing to return or replace the item and I am stuck with a fountain that leaks. I would use extreme caution when dealing with this company and make sure that you get them to put in writing the product is guaranteed because they really don't care once you have paid and have the product.

had been to this place many years ago and was lucky to have my brother remind that they had beautiful fountains and lawn sculpture pieces. They were reopening after winter and a wind storm that had the place looking less than stellar. Everyone super nice and helpful. We found a perfect Henri fountain and a couple of fun and beautiful pieces for the back yard.Delivery was professionally don and they also hauled away the old fountain that was enormous and awkward. The two guys were on time and worked efficiently and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Have a visit if you are in the area...very serene.

The recorded message says they're open on Sundays. Drove 3/4 of an hour only to find they're closed. They need to update their hours.

Joe Garnica does horrible work also owns landscape business that pretty much destroyed my place with lack of knowledge by his workers. Overpaid him and then he tried to put mechanics lein on my home. Costing me more to redo his work.

Beautifully landscaped gardens showcase a variety of water fountains, in different sizes, styles, and types. Many small koi ponds with fish and a lush garden. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I called to see if they had goldfish and was told yes. I drove 45 minutes to get there and was told most fish were in quarantine, needless to say I didn't get any fish. Also received poor customer service, one employee laughed and no apology nothing. I will never go back, I have bought many items in the past. Never again.

This place is absolutely amazing! You definitely need to take time to walk through because there is so much to see. The fountains are beautiful and the landscape is so awesome. I came here to buy a pot for my inside silk tree after visiting five other places and found a beautiful one that works for me. Allow time to visit, walk the paths and explore it is well worth your time and I've no doubt you will find a gem in the midst of your wandering through this beautiful garden, Enjoy!
