Courtyard At Venetian Terrace

Good place for seniors. Staff is helpful. There is a community center, they Have different activity's ,Residents dinners, bingo, exercise time and movie night.

These are my favorite Apartments to go and pick up my passengers to take them to a doctor appointments and dialysis. There's nothing special about these apartments they are just apartments but the people that reside there are really kind and nice.

When I walked into the apartment complex and met the staff they were with one of the friendliest kindest apartment managers that I've ever met. And not only are they friendly and kind they're also very supportive and lows of personality. I can honestly say every time I walk into that office I'v laughed and not a little one but a big hearty laugh. They really make this place for senior citizens a very delightful place to live. So I moved in about a week ago into a newly remodeled apartment and very I'm happy for the decision that I made because it simply beautiful. And The tenants are very welcoming helpful and kind. To the staff I say thank you and God bless you for your kindness to those who are 55 and up..

Excellent independent senior living community. The Director and sales staff are friendly and accommodating. I feel safe and secure.

I went searching for a place to live two weeks ago, have met the manager, and like her instantly! She is very pleasant, honest in her responses to my questions, efficient in her presentation of the apartments and the amenities offered, and overall made me feel welcomed and comfortable with the idea of living there. I believe her warm personality sells that place and keeps it happy. I love flowers and appreciate the concept of a garden adjacent to the units all over the complex for everyone to enjoy. I live in San Francisco for now but when I'm ready to move to Stockton this is definitely the place I will check out first. I feel a happy vibe, and think one could make some real lasting friendships in that place. Rose J.

Kim and the rest of the staff are the best. my grandfather stays here and he loves it everyone here looks out for one another. I recommend these apartments to any senior looking for a nice and quiet home.

Courtyards at Venetian TerraceThe people that manage this apartment complex are corrupted thieves!When I moved, I left the apartment sparkling clean. I deep cleaned the bathroom, the kitchen, the sink the toilet, the refrigerator, etc. My husband cleaned the oven, mopped the floors , cleaned the window screens and windows. We did this cleaning knowing that the contractors will just tear everything out and completely remodel this apartment, as they have been doing for the last 18 months when any tenant vacates an apartment there. They are remodeling apartments so they can rent them for a much higher amount.It was a real insult to be charged $125.00 for cleaning that I already did. We took pictures to prove the place was clean, but this management will just continue this type of corruption, no matter how loud we complain. I can not recommend that anybody move into this place.Even if you are desperate, RUN!

I have lived here long enough to know what goes on here. Many residentshere are very unhappy with the manager of this place, I think she scams anyone who she thinks won't defend their rights.Puts notices on doors every month threatening to fine us or even worse, evict usfor stupid stuff. Changes the "rules" anytime she gets bored, and she want to get tenants mad at her, she gets a thrill from that!Management only cares about the "outward appearance" so landscapers mow the grass, even when it don't need mowing!Had a wonderful old guy as maintenance man , she fired him!The price here is high for what you get, which is a 1965 style apartmentWith old Dark cabinets, NO dishwashers, dilapidated counter, and single pane windows. Deck railings are rotten and they won't replace them.Carpeting is cheapest thing made.landscaping inside of courtyards is old UGLY ivy!Manager treats tenants rudely and I never heard a kind word from her!The only good thing about this place is some of the old timers that have lived here10 years or more.You can find better for cheaper or same price, around north Stockton.I jokingly call this place "the Prison" because the manager is like a warden!

Several residents have complained about cockroaches and mold in this apartment. Nothing gets done if you need help and beware if you put a deposit down because the manager will find a reason to justify NOT getting it back. In my opinion, they are taking advantage of the senior residents. The manager is a devil in disguise, BEWARE!!!
