Love it here quick knowledgeable and reliable I've been coming here since I moved to Stockton in 2020

Have tried front-end alignments here twice, and not satisfied at all. Plan to continue with purchasing tires and smog check here--they are in the neighborhood.***Instead, went to Jose Solis Master Alignment, and got excellent results.***

I walked in to inquire about my vehicle. When I walked in I was met with a very rude attitude. The man was sitting down not doing anything and when I approached him he looked at me as if he didn't want to be bothered. When I told him what was going on he immediately said I don't know unless I look at it with attitude. I proceed to ask him for a ballpark estimate and he again with an attitude said he can't tell me. If you want to be snapped at and feel unwelcome when bringing business to someone, the. This is the perfect place for you. That man should not be working in customer service.

I decided that I was going to give a privately owned shop my business, so I got there a few minutes before 8am (Listed opening time) and there were people standing outside waiting. Once they finally opened the doors at almost 10 after, I went inside and tried to approach the counter, at which point some rude woman in the shop yelled "Sir! Were not open yet!". I let them know what I thought (in not so many words) and left. Open at 8am means that you're ready to do business. Yelling at new customers when you can't manage to run your shop correctly is not cool. I ended up going to a chain and was treated so much better. This is unfortunate as we should all be trying to support small businesses.

Great work. I had trouble with my headlights and not wanting to go to the dealership and go bankrupt, I pulled right in on a Friday afternoon, they got me right in and got it done. No fuss and very inexpensive.

Took my car in for a transmission service. Terrible customer service. When I first arrived I had parked out of way and they didn't even greet me just a "can you go park over there" and they pointed to the very corner, mind you there is nobody there at 8:30am. Then the office doors were locked and one of the mechanics said "the owner locks it because he said too many people bother him". Very unprofessional you should be ashamed as a business owner. And the mechanic , Dave, talked to me like a dog just because I'm a young ASIAN male. My battery wasn't the right size BUT IT STILL WORKS and barked at me "GET THE RIGHT BATTERY THEN COME BACK". Then I mentioned there was a power steering leak and if he could look at it and he goes "YEAH YEAH WHATEVER LETS JUST GET THE TRANSMISSION DONE FIRST" with so much attitude ! I'm not a damn animal ! That's no way to talk to a customer ! Eventually found another shop to do my work and took my car elsewhere. The guys here are assholes, especially to a young Asian male. Pathetic.

I have been coming to Country Club Service Center for nearly 10 years. I am always satisfied with the service, but mainly how fast they get me in and out!Professional, courteous, and fair prices. They have NEVER let me down. I understand how sometimes things happen, which at any time, things do. Loose filters, leaks, and maybe damage, as was the case with Toyota Town, good grief! Not so, with this business. Expect good things.

If you need car work. Highly recommend this place. I haven't been able to get my car smog because my check engine light is on. Every where I called wanted to charge me $150 for a full diagnostic screening. I called Country Club Service Center, ready to pay whatever just to get my tags fixed at this point, and I reached this kind hearted soul, Dave. He told me it'll be less than 10 mins (which was more like 5 mins) and didn't charge me a dime. Come to find out, all I needed was a new gas cap. Which costed me $16 vs. $150, plus "parts and labor". Dave is such a sweetheart. Also, thank you to my church friend Victor for praying that I find a honest mechanic.
