Country Club Lanes

They've done some updating since the last time Ives been there but it's still feels outdated. It's very expensive! Like ridiculously expensive so only come when they have a deal running or you have a large group that's going to split the cost with you or be prepared to leave your kidney as payment. They don't have a table area in the bowling area like other places for you to place your drinks or food, you'd have to put them on the counter behind you that's by the main walkway. Not sure about you, but I'm not comfortable leaving my food and drink in a high traffic area behind me that I can't keep an eye on at all times. We did order food though and it was burnt and not very good but what do you expect from a bowling alley. Overall, the family had fun and that's all that matters. This isn't our first choice for bowling by a long shot because it's far from us and pricy but they are open 24/7 so for late night shenanigans, it's our only option.

The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because of one of their great employees. I think the rest of this place is self explanatory.

We used to frequent Country Club Lanes a lot back in the day, and coming back several years later, it appears not much has changed (except newer bowling shoes, no more funky brown lace up ones). We came on a Thursday night and it was oddly packed at 9pm, I'm assuming it was maybe a league night, but either way we were given a lane right away. It's pricey! Even for a random weekday late at night we paid $85 for an hour and a half and that was their special pricing. Their food court is pretty basic. We had mozzarella sticks and chicken strips, the strips were burnt. As part of the bowling special, we got 40% off at the snack bar so the food for the price was ok, without that special tho, it would have been wayyyy too overpriced. Overall we only came here cause it was late and they are open 24 hours. Lots of other better places for a fraction of the cost you'd pay here.

They recently put in new carpet!!!! It's bright, fun and still gives the 80's vibes. Can you tell I'm an 80's kid. Our kids love going to the Arcade here, I love that they participate with the Get Out Pass which we have so we come here often. I didn't take pics of the bowling alley part but I also like the Sacramento art work here. I grew up in North Highlands so this is a fun place to bring my kids and tell them this is where we often hung out at as kids.

this is so sad, 10/4/24 it was a teibute to heroes and the security were really rufe to customers, charging $50 at the door and not be able to be near the band that was playing and in top of that kicking people out when all they want to do is enjoy the $50 worth it's sad how they handle this event specially when there was not much people in

*CAUTION* Machine broke my personal bowling ball, I am striking this place off of my list of bowling spots. Prior to bowling today, I cleaned off my ball as well as the finger holes, which there were no divots prevalent. First throw, ball was stuck with no return whatsoever, stated it was my personal ball and requested ball to be returned three times at the front desk. Ball was returned damaged and was told it would be repaired. I showed the divots and gouges that were prevalent, which the manager stated all but two were preexisting and were of normal wear and tear. The entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and challenged my integrity. The lack of customer service and engagement was extremely unpleasant in every facet. Overall a very poor experience, personal property damaged, unpleasant interaction, overpriced, and we spent an hour attempting to find a lane that worked properly, which was not feasible. Therefore, left Country Club lanes and will only be returning to retrieve my repaired broken bowling ball.

Bowling was fun, but pricey $33 for half hour! Some of their arcade games are broken. But the biggest bummer was the wait for laser tag. We were told it will be 20 minutes wait. We ended up waiting for over an hour. The whole group was disappointed because we turned in the bowling shoes, trusting the "20 minute wait" information that was given to us. A lot of Laser tag vests were broken. My gun didn't work. I kept telling the staff member that I have a broken gun he kept insisting that it was good. I ended up losing half the play time just because he tried figuring out how to fix it, instead of giving me a new one immediately.The only thing that saved that night was the group of people I was with.

Worst lanes this side of the Mississippi. If you enjoy bowling, don't come here. I would rather drop a bowling ball on my foot.

Today was the last day for the kids bowl free. After church I brought my kids to bowl. The Manager Zeek clicks on Print coupon and shows that it says not after 6pm it was 650pm at the time. I said to him I didn't even know there was a print coupon button so I wouldn't have known that was the time I just came so my kids could bowl. He gave me attitude and said well if you looked on the main page it says it. I asked him to show me. He said okay and walked away! He checked in his security guard as I waited. Now I'm impaitent and give attitude I said excuse me show me where it says that. He couldnt. I said so because of that can my kids bowl he said nope. I was very furious but I walked away and let my kids play at the arcade(they had a blast) as we were leaving out this SAME manager ZEEK. lets a family use their coupon!!! I'm not going to say race played a factor but it was very disappointing to see how your workers treat their customers!!! Ive been coming here for YEARS after today I will never come again

some staff are really nice but the lady that works in the front with short blonde hair is super rude. looks like she hates her job and she is so rude to customers me and my friends went to bowl and catch up and have a good time instead we got horrible customer service. I don't understand working in an entertainment place and not liking your job. the company needs to find better workers.
