Completely impersonal! My younger brother went through a terrible divorce and had to sale his home. Home was listed under market value according to house sold around his. Agent failed to explain important contract decisions to him and seemed to only be about the buyer. My brother and mother were forced out early. Per contract they had till the 12th, both had to stay with me on my couches. My brother asked to hold off on final walk and handing over keys to buyer early and was told no we cannot. Dealing with estate probate is the worst thing you can ever deal with. I received their number and from day one, it was a breeze. They bent over backwards to help me and to make sure everything went smoothly. Randy and his team are incredible caring people that never batted an eye, at all the things I needed and asked for. When we had an issue looking for a septic tank (the family couldn't remember where the company put it) my husband, a friend, and Randy took turns shoveling in the heat of the day, all trying to find that pot of ... When Randy had our phone conference with the sisters and Dad, to discuss all those interested in buying our place, he laid out all the bids and their paperwork, and discussed each bid with the family. Needless to say, ALL of us were aghast at how many bids there were! Randy knew exactly what to do to get the estate ready for showing, and it all paid off! Would I recommend Mr. Randy Thomas? In a nano-second! My dad and sisters felt we hit the JACKPOT with Randy Thomas, and by reading other clients' reviews, it looks like others felt the same way! PS.
