Went to a Blue Diamond Grower lunch in Hughson that they catered and DANG. I'm not usually crazy for chicken, but theirs was so good. Moist and smoky. The green beans were some of the best I've ever had. & About a week later, they catered another ag lunch in the area and they had amazing beans and scalloped potatoes. I assume you get to pick and choose menu items for whatever event you have. I wouldn't hesitate at all to pick these guys to cater for an event. Beats every single wedding food I've ever had by miles. Spot on. Nice work Copper Spur

Copper Spur catered for our daughters wedding. The food was outstanding! Karen and her crew were so efficient, food was fresh and constantly being re-stocked as people came through the serving line. We received soooo many compliments about how delicious the food was! If you need an event catered, call them!
