My husband and my son spontaneously decided that now was the time to purchase new bikes. My son wanted the CRF450 RL and my husband made a mature decision this time and decided on the CRF250 F. It had been years since we had been here. He called and then visited the showroom. The 450 was in stock and they were able to get the 250 from another location the next day. So it wasn't a long or difficult process it was quick and easy. 5 stars for quick and easy and no BS. ;)

Was pretty disappointed coming into the store. I was walking around the sales floor for about 25 minutes and not one time did any of the guys greet me or asked me if they could help me. I noticed that 1 salesman was helping a family of 3 Buy 3 bikes. All the other sales guys were hovering over that transaction. At one point one of the sales guys came up to another customer and said "sorry for ignoring you, when you have a transaction like that, you give 100% of your attention to them." And this guy wasn't even the salesman getting the sale...After 30 mins of waiting to talk to someone i finally got approached by someone, only to be told to move my keys so they wont scratch the bike i was sitting on. My keys were on my right hip belt loop completely out of the way... then the dude walked away. The next time a sales guy came to talk to me was to tell me not to shift the transmission. I guess making sure the bike is in neutral is a bad thing at this place.I just came from SoSo cycles and the moment i walked in the store i was treated like family. Ordered myself a 2025 yamaha MT07. Glad to give my money to a shop that at least noticed me...

Hello everyone,I never write any reviews, but my situation forced me to write it down. So I drove almost 4 hours to check out my dream bike, which was Kawasaki ZX10R with my family But I was treated very disrespectfully by Lance the Sales Manager, and he told me to get out of the dealership when I literally had a whole cash to buy out the bike. I gave them $300 below offer on $20000 bike without saying anything, he just told me to just get out of the dealership and disrespected me. When me and my whole family came within an excitement to get a new motorcycle, I had a five year old kid and my wife waiting in the car for a good news. This is the most disappointing experience I ever had noone has ever treated me like this I bought a lot of cars and motorcycles in my life currently have dodge Challenger demon, and Harley davidson oldschool.It is better to buy your dream from somewhere else rather than getting disrespected and getting a motorcycle, no one deserves that A person should get treated professionally and with the respect when they enter the dealership.

Great service! Every employee here are very helpful, great listeners and treat every customer with respect. I came in for a recall for my scooter. They were efficient. I also had to get a new tire. They don't have the right size but they drove to Berkeley to get me the right tire. I highly recommend them for your next service, motorcycle or scooter purchase.

Went in to look at a Honda Rebel. The floor guy (Lance) certainly didn't want to carry on a conversation about bikes. He'd rather do other stuff on the showroom floor - even though I was the only one there looking for a serious bike. I'm looking for another dealer. I've read in these reviews there seems to be another floor sales guy. Maybe when Im ready to buy I'll call and tell them I don't want to deal through Lance. Maybe.

This dealership went above and beyond to help a traveling biker. We were traveling from Maryland to San Francisco. The temperatures coming from Nevada to California reached 116 degrees at some point. When we arrived at the hotel I noticed my 2018 Goldwing Tourer had a very bad wobble. We inspected the tires and found out I had a separated belt in my rear tire causing a bubble in the tire. The next day (Friday) at 9am we got on the phone trying to find a tire. It was challenging to find a dealership open because many opened at 10am. We were unable to find a tire. Every dealership we called didn't have a tire until we call Contra Costa Powersports. Ces Morse in parts heard the despair in my voice and he said let me see what I can do. He check his inventory and YES!! HE HAD ONE. Then he connected me with service manager Erick Hulsey who told me if I got it there he would get it installed when I arrived. We made the 35 mile trip with no incidents. When we arrived Ces had the tire waiting and Erick got me right in. Yes, they took a bike off the lift to get me back on the road. (I ended up getting both tires)Let me say this. I too own a Harley Davidson and when it has had problems on the road Harley gives you TOP PRIORITY when traveling. I can now say Contra Costa Powersports gives Honda owners the same courtesy. They give travelers TOP PRIORITY. I want to say thank you to this dealership and ALL ITS EMPLOYEES. Great customer service and they don't hound you. Awesome place to browse and get ideas for your motorcycle needs!!! I bought a Speedmaster there.

Bait & switch at the parts counter.I called for a very specific fluid and the parts person told me they had it. I came in the same day, two hours later, and the parts person had no clue if they had it or where it would be. He and I both looked on the shelves where the fluids are but neither of us could find it. The person went into the back, returned, and said they don't have any. I said when just called, someone confirmed it was in-stock, but they just looked at me with a blank stare. I asked them what alternatives they had and got an overly enthusiastic recommendation for something much pricier.Another parts person, who was standing next to us the while time, suggested that maybe they sold out (in the two hours) between the time I called and came in. But the shelves were full--there were no empty spots or labels where it would have been--it just sounded like he was trying to dig himself out of a lying hole.It was my first visit and I'm never going back.
