I trained with Master C. Aka Louie Concepcion when I was taking Taekwondo classes at another gym. I always looked forward to training with Master C because of the positive energy and motivational aspect of the sessions he ran. He is extremely well versed in several disciplines and maintained an excellent raport with students of all ages. Wether you are seeking martial arts training for fitness, self defense, teaching discipline and dedication, or competition Master C has the expertise necessary to help you reach your goals. I started training progressive kickboxing in January and love it. Soon after my husband joined me and I have also brought my daughter along for a class. Master C was so welcoming and gracious and the atmosphere and personality of the school is very friendly and again I have to use the word 'welcoming'. I have learned so much from not only Mr C but also instructors, Isaiah & Tina & our classmates as well. Everyone is helpful, respectful and encouraging. The school is also very clean. We look forward to training BJJ here as well in the future. If you are even thinking of training, don't wait. Just come down. You won't regret it.
