Just fixed my gaming laptop perfectly! The fans weren't working and he was very responsive concerning my questions I had. Very genuine and was cheaper than other places I called, will be going to him for repairs from now on, thanks again.

Jamie is the absolute best! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. I have used him for many different computer needs and can't recommend him enough!

I had an old Lenovo laptop that had 15 years of saved documents on an old Win 7 operating system. I purchased a new laptop using Win 11 and I was hesitant to transfer the documents myself. Jamie very graciously made a house call and moved the data seamlessly from one laptop to another without any loss of data integrity. He made the process look so easy and double checked to make sure I could access all my files (documents and photos). He also provided support and told me to call him if I had any issues accessing the data. His service is impeccable, his prices reasonable, and his demeanor professional and prompt. You will not regret hiring him for your tech needs.

This is the SECOND yelp review that I've ever posted and the FIRST bad one. So people can judge for themselves whether I'm trying to get the money back or just had a HORRIBLE experience at your store. I remained respectful to you this whole way through. And what did you do? Reconsider your business policies, your ethics, your attitude, your way of treating people, and probably your career, too. This one star, you EARNED it. He "opened it and did battery resets multiple times," and the MacBook still won't start. He said it was "probably" a board issue, which he can't fix and told me to go to Apple to replace board. But he charged me the full amount anyway. Immediately after I posted a bad yelp review, he called me on the phone. He explained in a hostile manner what he performed, and I asked if he can refund the money (for the problem he can't fix), I can post a good review or take the bad review down; since if he did that, that's actually showing some care for his customers, and that kind of care doesn't deserve a one star. BUT he then said "that's black mail," which I don't think it is. it's freedom of speech, and I'm stating EXACTLY what happened in this review. And he said "GO FUCK YOURSELF." OPINIONSCome on. If your policy and your attitude towards customers are fucked, don't blame it on the customers for writing bad reviews, James. Plus, I didn't ask for a refund to get the $37 back. I'm asking for a refund because you didn't fix a thing and are still feeling so damn good about yourself that you think you deserve any kind of payment. What kind of business mentality is that??? And yet you are still replying to my review thinking that people would be fooled by you more????? He called it "price for the labor." And I question, is there any fruit to your labor? Let's say I'm a landscaper. You called me to mow your lawn. And when you come back, I said, sorry, my lawn mower's broken so I couldn't mow your lawn, but I was here, so you still gotta pay me the full amount. Huh? You think this is right, James????THOUGHTSThat's cheap for a service. But I guess cheap price gets you cheap service. If your computer or laptop won't start. Don't come here. There's a good chance you are throwing $37 and your time away. I'd like to fix my computer instead of wasting money and time, Computer Doctor. Please consider learning how to better fix a computer instead of looking at your damn yelp reviews so much and charging money for problems you can't fix. That's not very ethical of a "computer doctor," is it?Oh yeah, and he did say that if there's a good chance that a battery reset won't do a thing and you will be charged, before you drop your computer off.

The Computer Doctor is great! I had issues with an older mac that needed special help. The Computer Doctor solved all my problems in a short amount of time. I recommend the Computer Doctor to anyone who has problems with their computer.

I had a dell laptop that I got some work done on last year and they made it very easy for me. I was lucky to have this business so close to campus. Great service, good communication, and good pricing.

My computer has been thinking about turning into a toaster for a couple of months. Computer Doctor came out for an unbelievably cheap price and looked at my computer, coordinated my iPhone, etc and help me to know what to get for my new computer. In fact, he paid for his help by saying that I owned my microsoft word and it was still supported, so keep it.When I realized that my computer was waving goodbye, I panicked and again Computer Doctor to the rescue - again unbelievably cheap. He even told me how to use my phone to join a Zoom meeting because my data hadn't been completely transferred.,MOST IMPORTANTLY, he did not make me feel stupid - no my area of expertise is NOT computer - made sure that I got what I needed to do.BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO AND THANK YOU! When your car self-destructs, you get a new car. When your computer is threatening to self-destruct, you panic.

Jamie is very nice and reliable. He installed a new operating system on my MacBook Pro. He installed it quickly. I appreciate his professional quick service. I will definitely recommend this shop! Thanks Jamie.
