Complete Appliance Service

8 years ago, yes EIGHT, I moved into a new place and with the expense of it all found myself broke and needing a washer and dryer. I went to Sears, Lowes, Home Depot and another small local place and I just could not afford anything they had to offer. Then I found Complete Appliance Service. I was able to afford an older, used, refurbished washer and dryer that weren't a "set" but they both worked and that was what I needed. They also delivered and installed them for me at no extra charge! I was so happy. About a month ago, I started having to do 2 cycles for each load in the dryer to get my clothes dry but that doesn't even really bother me, because I have gotten MORE than my monies worth out of this set. Fast-forward to last night and my washer wouldn't drain. I tried everything I could but finally had to wring out the clothes and scoop as much water out as possible so that I could pull the washer out from the wall and get it drained all the way. I checked all the hoses and couldn't find a blockage and that is the extent of my washing machine knowledge. I didn't know what else to do, but I remembered that when they delivered the appliances originally Complete Appliance Service told me that if I ever had a problem to contact them and they could do a repair or get me another one if anything ever went wrong. I called this morning around 10:30 and a repair person was here by 12:30. He was here for less than 45 minutes and he only charged me $40 for the service! I cannot imagine ever using another appliance business; not that I need one very often with the quality work they do. I highly recommend them for fast, helpful, affordable service!

Sold us a used washer that leaks and has mold in it. Owner said he would help fix problems but kept giving us the run around. He kept telling us he hasn't made time to do that. It's been more than 3 months now. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I had the pleasure of working with Dale (the owner). Dale went above and beyond. I was looking for a specific brand and color to match the rest of my kitchen and didn't quite have it when I inquired but he went above and beyond and was able to locate our oven for us. He provided outstanding customer service and he even made sure we saw that the appliance was fully functional before we purchased. I appreciate this level of service! I will be recommending Dale and his business to family and friends!

I bought a vintage Maytag washer from them when my practically new Maytag washer(5 years snd 3 months old)died. In case you were not aware, the average life expectancy of a new washer is 2-5 years and the parts are very expensive making repair a poor option. In fact my repair man suggested I buy a vintage machine with no electronics only mechanical as they are durable and easily and affordable repaired. He recommended this place as a good place to find a washer that would be affordable and durable. Also their service was good he said. All of this was true. For $180 I got a machine that works incredibly well snd looks like new. He delivered the machine I purchased and hooked it up as well as taking my previous washer. He was very pleasant and very timely as well as being very honest. I would recommend buying from them and would do so again myself if I need an appliance. I only wish I had known about him sooner as I just replaced my dryer with a brand new Maytag from Costco only two weeks before the washer needed to be replaced.

So I called this guy last week and told him what I was looking for he said he didn't have any fridges due to covid-19. He said he would text me some pics of what he had (never did) no big deal we all get busy! Fast forward today - I text him today asking for an update on fridges he replied said what he had and I replied "thank you he has the audacity to call me and said to please not respond with hearts bc his wife doesn't like it and he's supposed to block anyone that sends hearts. IM SORRY WHAT?! He continues to say he knows the hearts wasn't in response to him but to the fridge. They sound like a bunch of drama. He's whooped and his wife is insecure AF. I was here to buy a fridge not text a married man that I'd never seen IN MY LIFE about anything else but a fridge. idk who you are or what you even look like! Both of you GET OVER YOURSELF. Sorry for saying thank you next time I say thank you with the flip off emoji maybe that will make your wife secure

Anytime we have an issue with any appliance we call Complete Appliance. We have had nothing but good things to say about them! We've recommended at least 5 people to them and ALL were impressed with Dale's service and how nice and helpful he is. Will continue to recommend them!

This place has the best deals around and gets the appliances to you very quickly. We purchased a refrigerator here 3.5 years ago for under $200 and just now decided to find something a little better. We found an almost new fridge for $300 and were able to trade in our old fridge for a little money back. They delivered the new fridge the next day (even switched which side the doors opened up for us) and carried away our old fridge. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a used appliance that still has good quality and is very affordable!

We bought several appliances from Dale over the years and a few months ago we bought a refrigerator from him. The fridge had temperature issues from the beginning that we informed him of and he never would come out to check and eventually shut off all communication with us.We were forced to buy a new fridge (definitely not from him). Beware please!

So we live in a rental & our washer had stopped spinning. I bought a replacement part & tried to do it ourselves but still wasn't working. So we started looking around for a new one. Ended up buying a similar washer from Dale back in Aug of last year. Was working fine until last week stopped working mid wash & would not drain. We really didn't want to buy a new washer just yet so I called Dale & asked if he could take a look at it. Now we don't live in the area that Dale services but we had to get my mother in laws truck & she lives in the same town as where his business is. So we didn't mind bringing it back out that way. But I had to wait a week until we could go get the truck. I thought we would have to leave the washer but he ended up fixing it right when we got out there! It was a quick fix & very reasonable in price! HUGE thank you to Dale!!! Now time to get all this wash done!

Dale is completely unprofessional and does not understand that being direct is not being a dick. He is unwilling to work with me after selling me a faulty washer. Seems to be ethically challenged as well.
