We drive 2 hours because The Hot Tub Warehouse, Chet, recommended them for a great quality gazebo. Chet was right! The quality of the gazebo is amazing! Everything about the transaction was perfect!

We bought our Spa less then three years ago and we no longer are able to use it. Within the first year we had a leak. It was hard to get ahold of David to get someone to come fix it. A year later, we had more leaks and something going on with the motor sound ... it was even harder to get Dave to send someone up to fix. Whomever was sent to fix our spa caused more problems then helped, which we had to pay for. A new motor was installed with the wiring installed wrong, something major happened this time. Furthermore, the leak was still present. We lost complete confidence with Dave's repair help.Next, we found our own Spa guy to come fix the spa. He highly doubted the original motor needed to be replaced in the first place, but something was blown now. We needed to replace a part on the new motor. Between the motor and leaks being a persistence issue, we chose not to put more money into this spa. The spa now sits empty, we no long can use it. Dave's operation is to small to support any repairs or problems that may happen after purchase.

I Have bought 3 spas from Dave with Clipper Spa. All have worked well and just recently bought a spa cover and it was a excellent fit, top quality, and a good price. If you are in the market for a spa Clipper Spa should be your first stop......Mike Hardy, Volcano Ca.
