Seven years later and we have stains around the faucet and handles and the part of the caulking is coming off. Shoddy work from the beginning which is too bad as we're hoping to add on a second full bath to the house. We'll definitely be using another company.

Small business friendly people and good vibe. Must support local businesses trying to make it during these crazy times. Nice selection, clean and nice show room. I'll be there when I'm ready for more home improvement needs

My husband and I went in recently to get ideas for our bathroom remodel! The staff was so helpful and kind and full of unique ideas to help us achieve the bathroom of our dreams. When we are ready for the remodel we will definitely use Classic Design Interiors!

If the person that answers the phone represents the way they handle their customers, I would stay away from this business. I called and asked Ola a question and she sharply answered and said No they do not carry Provenza LVP flooring and hung up on me. I was going to inquire about other products and things they offer, but she never gave me the chance. I was a little surprised how rude she was. She should not be dealing with customers.

Classic Design is a fantastic company to work with when remodeling or updating your home. I chose Classic Design because it is a woman owned business that cares about the needs of their "clients." I like personal touches rather than being another "customer" with a big box store. I worked with Gwen in Sales and couldn't have been more pleased. Gwen guided us in selecting the perfect flooring for our needs based on quality, durability and budget. The installation process was well coordinated and completed effortlessly with Roy, Junior and the installers. Friends and family complement the flooring and wide baseboards. I can honestly recommend Classic Design without hesitation.

Was passing through town and stopped by the store to look at tiles. Sylvia was extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Had lots of recommendations and helped me figure out how to design the tiles for my fireplace surround. I didn't purchase anything from the store because they didn't end up having the exact tiles I needed. But if the store was closer to where I live I would 100% go back to have her help me with ideas and purchase the other things I need. 10/10 recommend!!

Ghosted! Extremely unprofessional. What a strange and bizarre experience.We were wanting a kitchen and master bathroom remodel. Went to the showroom on Feb. 13. Looked at countertops, sinks, etc., and arranged for their design consultant to come to the house for measurements on Feb. 14.Right on time, she arrived, spent about an hour, took measurements and we discussed various options and materials. We let her "borrow" one of our tiles that we intend to use in the shower so that she could find a suitable accent color. She left, with our tile, and said we would have an estimate "in a couple of days".A couple of days go by... nothing.A couple of weeks go by... nothing.A month goes by... nothing.At this point we have hired a PROFESSIONAL contractor for our remodel and are wondering if this place has gone out of business, or what? And they still have my tile!We tried to wait them out but they won. We've been ghosted and I want my tile back. After 50 days, on April 5, we go to the showroom to get our tile back. Not a word was said. No apology, no explanation, just timidly handed me back my tile and that was it.There is no way in the world I would ever do business with an outfit as unprofessional as this one. I can't begin to imagine the frustrations I would have had if I had hired them. Thank you for ghosting me.
