I stayed for tow day when I checked out, and for a receipt, they called the police on my. The breakfast is horrible and stay long they won't clean your room. They were so rude to wife and Kid they didn't even wNt to go in pool.

Of I could give it 1/2 star I would. Now I normally do not like to give a bad review of any establishment but when you do not email or text to address an issue that brought "quietly" to your attention so not to alarm other guests, I would guess you would want to contact the guest. This was NOT the case.My son and I checked in Thursday afternoon and had booked the room through Priceline. I did this because it was an unexpected delay in our trip after returning from overseas. The room was 'ok' reminded me of a motel 6 with double drapes, two queen bed beds, run down carpet, and a very small bathroom. I should have taken photos of the tub because it was stained. Again too tired to complain.Went to bed and slept through the night.the bed is worn, sunken in but it was fine. I did notice how loud it was at night -from the tenants partying all night. The next day I woke up with bites. Didn't think anything about it then my son said he noticed bites on his legs.The next day we woke up with more bites. The bites were lined up and it looked like bed bugs!!! I've traveled to a lot of places and countries and never experienced bed bugs! I looked for another hotel and when we came down to check out there were other folks checking out & I wanted to be discreet about the bed bugs so I let the other patrons go first. I showed the receptionist the bites and explained he should have our room fumigated because my son and I were bitten by bed bugs and o was heading to Urgent Care. He asked me if there's anything They can do and I did say "I'll wait to hear from management". He confirmed he had my number. Well it been more than 24 hours & no call or text. Hope this never happens to anyone.Stayed here 7/28/22.

My dad lost his credit card so I booked on his behalf and they refused to serve him unless the "card" used to book was present. Unfortunately I couldn't go there so he was forced to find somewhere else to stay at 10pm at night that didn't have the same unreasonable policies. As if this wasn't bad enough, they also refused to refund us the night we booked and claimed it was all listed in the terms and conditions... my card was good enough to charge the night but not for a deposit or to admit my father to sleep for the night. Classy.We had booked this hotel at least 3x before and now we won't do it again.

In our three day stated we were here we experienced flea bites, rashes route, customer, service room, being broken into, and my iPhone being stoned in the laundry room. The gentleman is video not only stole. My phone was able to access my room later on that day, when My Wife and I were out And take what he wanted from our belongings. When we spoke to staff about this, this is nothing they can do about it when I asked him to access the records, for entry in the laundry room, they said they wouldn't do it. I wouldn't make my worst enemy stay here. In fact, I would put people on death Row in these rooms as a form of punishment. Whatever you do book someplace else do not stay here.

This hotel is horrible! There is bugs on the bed and also the manger is very rude! I stay there for few hours and they charge me 180 extra for no reason! And when I call to ask why the manager was very rude and racist! and I ask to get the number so I can talk to somebody else high than her and she told me that she is no going to give it to me that I have to look for it! I work in the same industry and I don't know how I person like this can work with customer service! And I'm waiting to get my money back or I going to sue this place for been racist!

Everything, there are spiders and roaches in the bathrooms and bed, the breakfast is horrible and stale and the service is bad, i dont recommend staying here. Absolutely horrible.

False advertisement for one. We chose this hotel because it said it has a full bar onsite. We were here to see a concert and didn't want to go out before hand to get drinks. No liquor license since 2023. But yet in the dining/bar area a full bar appears to be set up with what looks like water in the bottles. Then, when I logged into WiFi, they give no password, it has you set up an account where it tells you to put in your credit card info but it would not be billed. When I did I immediately got a fraud alert from my bank with them trying to take 34.55 from my account so now my account is locked. When we got here I know I picked double queen I never pick one queen, they made us pay 15.00 more for double queen which is no big deal but after all this other stuff that appears to be unethical I'm adding this to the list. Breakfast was fairly decent. Glad we only stayed one night.

I recently had a troubling experience with a hotel regarding their treatment of my father, a disabled veteran, and his service animal. Despite having a reservation, my father was informed by the manager, Jim Smith, that he could not stay at the property. The manager's reasoning was that they do not allow "dangerous dogs" or aggressive breeds, but my father's service animal is a small Alaskan Eskimo dog, weighing only about 25 pounds.This service animal is crucial for my father's well-being, providing both protection and alerts to unusual noises. It was disheartening to see the manager's refusal to acknowledge the legitimacy of the service animal and his apparent confusion or unwillingness to accommodate.After a long drive of over five hours, my father was turned away.
