City Mattress

I went to 10 stores and was tired I didn't find what I wanted as I was going home I was at the stop light and seen this place. The mattress is so firm it's what I wanted the other places say thier beds are firm but not like this one. The staff is great the manager was customer friendly and promt with the delivery if I ever need a mattres again, this will be my placeJessie Ann F. Flores

5 stars for curtis and his customer service alone, i didn't end up making a purchase and he was totally ok with that , he didn't try to upsell me or let me buy something i wouldn't be happy with in the long run , his personality alone made me a satisfied almost customer lol

Purchased this awesome pillowtop mattress at an amazing price. Definitely beats other stores I had gone to in the area. Sales Associate was not pushy and very friendly. My mattress was delivered the same day and Travis was also very friendly and privided great service getting it where I needed it. Thank you to all the team at City Mattress. Will definitely recommend your store to friends and family.

Refund policy not explained at the point of sale. The company will not allow returns and will only allow for exchanges for greater value one time. Spent 7000 on mattress that is not satisfactory.

I had a very unusual circumstance regarding the disposal of a mattress. I called every mattress store in Stockton to ask for help. None said there was anything they could do for me. However, City Mattress called me back and said they could arrange to help me!! I was ecstatic and relieved to be able to have the mattress taken away. If you need special help, this is the store for you! They know you are the customer.

I stumbled upon City Mattress on accident. My family and I decided to kill some time, enjoy our ice cream (Baskin Robbins is nearby), and do a little window shopping at City Mattress. I had no intention of purchasing anything, but I'm glad I didn't walk out empty handed.I've had a history of back problems and can't recall the last time I had peaceful uninterrupted sleep. I addressed these concerns to Curtis (sp?)and he had the perfect solution. Curtis was professional and patient with me. He's well-versed and has a great understanding when it comes to mattresses and people's needs. This was evident in his recommendation for me and I ended up purchasing the Palmetto (sp?) spring back supporter. I'm pleased with my purchase and surprised what a difference a good mattress can do for your well-being. Many thanks to Curtis and the staff there! Highly recommend this business!

This place sells low end mattresses promises the warranty and than ignores you calls I will be seeing this man in court soon as my lawyer pulls my phone records on how many times I been calling and leaving messages. Don't buy from them you will be highly disappointed the people that left good comments are the employees and their friends
