went into the store and was given the best service in a long time , the young man was very professional and the store looks great this store looks like it should be in hollywood so beauitful and bright and clean , i go in just to look around!!!! if you have not been please take some time and go look for yourself address 3161 n tracy blvd next to the cable company, if will brighten your day due to it so beauitful.. don't take my word go and see for your self

I was looking for a cigar lighter at Cigarette Center, I asked the man behind the counter if he had Colibri lighters. He has never heard of Colibri, and starts shows and telling me that this Xuper is popular with cigar smokers. So, I purchased the Xuper lighter, not even 24 hours later the light starts leaking on the side. Tried refilling and liquid just was spraying out from this crack on the side. Thinking, I just bought this from Cigarette Center yesterday they will trade or refund my money. BUT NO! When I explained to the same man behind the counter this lighter leaks (big safety issue). He points to a sign and says "NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE". He knew I was the person he sold the lighter to, the day before. But, still would not refund or exchange the lighter. I will never shop at this establishment in the future. Just a heads up if you buy at the "CIGARETTE CENTER" don't expect any warranty, customer service, refund, exchange.

I was sold expired e-liquid here on 8/11/19. I wasn't aware of this until I tried some and it tasted like a desiccated mushroom, not "strawberry tutti-frutti." Then I saw that it was "best by January 2018." I know some people say that e-liquid doesn't "go bad" but it really, really does. Didn't ask for a receipt, but I will next time, at another store. If you are looking for a place on Sunday morning, expect it to open 10-15 minutes late.

They let someone use my bank card here at this store who wrote down my numbers!!! Do not trust them! You will get caught!!
