Church and Main

Stopped at church and main for a coffee. The staff greeted us as we entered. They were busy pulling orders and there were other customers behind us. My order was taken quickly. The store was clean, The menus were easy to read, and the space felt comfortable.I ordered a Havana coffee. It was sweetened and condensed milk with espresso. It was very tasty. I like the blend of espresso used, not too acidic or bitter. They did a great job with the design in the cream.This was a great quick coffee experience.

We stopped in here after a long weekend fishing trip at Amador and it was absolutely what we were looking for. I ordered a turkey sandwich that was super fresh and not overfilling. It came with a small side salad that was perfect. The outdoor seating in the back with shade is great for a warm day. I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely go back next time I'm in the area

I was in town, but my old mainstay, the Ione Café had gone out of business. Google brought me here, instead, and I'm glad it did The space was clean and bright, and everybody was very friendly. I found out that they had only been open for a few days. The menu is simple. Coffee, some "small bites" and a few sandwiches with one salad They have a sandwich called an "ode to Stan", named after the person who ran the butcher shop that used to be in this space I thought that was a nice tribute. I had the avocado toast, and a pumpkin spice latte. I was very pleased. It was a generous amount of creamy avocado, on warm sourdough bread, with cherry tomatoes, micro greens, and a little bit of salt . The accoutrements on it were also very good. For what I got, the price was extremely reasonable. The coffee was also extremely good. It's hard starting up a new business, but I hope these people succeed. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Quaint cafe in Ione. The staff was extremely friendly (they baked more cookies for me when the person in front of me ordered the last one). The feta toast was delicious- definitely unique. All ingredients were fresh. They have a cute outdoor seating area nestled away from the street, which is cozy. Glad we stumbled upon it. Would recommend. Their bread is from a bakery I really love in Volcano, CA.

Stopped into this unique & cute biz for a relaxing breakfast. Ordered the breakfast sandwich & a latte. Wait time was short and all the staff was super friendly & full of smiles. As we're new here, it gives us more reason to love this great little town. (And, quite refreshing after moving from the Bay Area where everyone is so stressed). I complemented the owners on the delicious tasty food and was again greeted with friendly & sincere smiles. It's a bustling & busy place and quite apparent they love what they do.

This gem of a coffee shop and cafe is lovely. I wish I'd had time to sit and enjoy it longer. My iced Americano was fabulous. The wait staff were fun, relaxed and so efficient. Church and Main would be a daily stop if I lived in Ione!

My husband and I had the opportunity to try out Church and Main this week. We are so glad to have a decent coffee shop in Ione. It's the new cute coffee shop on Main Street in Ione, Ca. The decor is simple but pleasing. The food was the star of the show for us. They get a five+ for the quality of the ingredients and the deliciousness of their food. We each had a lunch sandwich and we shared. Each sandwich came with a small side salad. We loved them both. So fresh and so tasty! It will be great when they can add a few more items to the menu to choose from. We also each had a latte. They were both good, certainly the best anywhere in or near Ione. The food was extra special though. Service was friendly and quick. Our food was served in To Go containers, which seemed a bit odd since we ate in, but not a big deal. I will say that the prices seemed a bit high for Ione, but I would eat there again anyway. Highly recommend to go for the excellent, high quality food and good coffee. I wish the new owners much success and hope that Church and Main is here for the long run.

Lovely people! Great food! We had a wonderful time with them for lunch. The sandwiches are delicious and their local alcohol is top notch quality. The chocolate chip cookies were so good we had to get more to go. There is ample indoor seating and an outdoor patio to enjoy the sun. The staff and owners were lovely and we actually chatted with them about local recommendations. Support locals! Great atmosphere as well. Will absolutely be coming back and recommending to others.

Amazing breakfast bagel sandwich. The value is there. The dirty chai was perfect. Area in back is a little cold but overall the food, coffee, value is 5 stars. Loved the country music in the background. Service was attentive and warm.
