The White bags that the fried chicken is placed into is faulty. My whole order fell on the floor. A complete waste of time and money.

This location is definitely a busy location, as it is connected to the side of the Food 4 Less grocery store. I can't say that the customer service is five star. But they are a location that seems to stay busy. We decided to order the plate combo that comes with two items along side either shopping or fried rice. The food was OK. But it is a location for a quick bite to eat. Very very small inside so there are times that you may have to stand outside after placing your order or prior to placing your order.My downfall with this location is my meal was incorrect I asked for two types of meats and was served double of one type.

Never again we will be e ordering from this place... We did a phone order for our party and it wasn't done when we got there! We were super late serving our food and our guest was very upset!! What's the point of ordering ahead of time when it's not done on time. Food wasn't properly cooked!

I like this spot.It's quick n grab Chinese food, this is not a traditional restaurant.I like the garlic chicken, bbq pork, teriyaki chicken, veggie egg rolls. That's all I've tried so far.I LOVE their condiments, lol. The hot sweet & sour sauce is so good with the egg rolls. The hot mustard is soooooo hot, it's like wasabi & it'll brain hurt/nose run.. I have to get 3 cups cuz I love it so much! Caution: the hot mustard ain't no joke but very good.

The go to spot in the Ranch for some good faux Chinese food...hells good lumpia and garlic chicken...they also carry Chow Fun...not on the menu.

WORST customer service!!!! . I was waiting in line at7:35pm there was a few people in front of me. By the time it was my turn an employee came out at 7:57 telling there was no more food . Wow lady you could of told me this at around 7:45 instead of wasting my time. All it takes is a few seconds to let me know there was no more food.

Idk why ppl hate on this place so much when you kinda know what you're getting as you walk in. N not to mention there aren't many better options in WR. Walking in All the items are served right in front of you, see what looks fresh and choose what may look appetizing. If it doesn't then why order? The customer service depends on which lady helps you. I've never felt mistreated, but you can tell some of these ladies do not like their job. This place is great for huge portions at a bargain. You can't compare this place next to any restaurant because I feel it's on a different level. This is fast food Chinese that is edible. Yes their chowmein is greasy, their rice is okay, and their meats aren't high quality. In one to go box you get like four meals for $7ish. Sometime they rubber band it closed. They've added lumpia's to their menu and they're actually pretty good and always affordable. You know they're fresh unlike Manila that doesn't have as many customers. I'd say this is perfect for budget dinners when you don't want to cook, teenagers (especially hungry boys), and anyone who gets the munchies. They do have good bbq ribs which tastes like any other Chinese place. Their fried chicken is decent. They have war wonton soup which is loaded with fried shrimp, bbq pork, lots of wontons and Bok Choy. Don't eat here if you're looking for restaurant quality Chinese food, only eat here if you're looking for fast takeout Chinese.

If you are searching for fast food Chinese restaurant then this is the right place. Food is descent for the price.

Love my wonton soup had it all week !!! Had the flu and that the only thing that helps me when I'm sick!!! It's so good and hot and fresh ..thick meaty wontons and the broth is so delicious and they top with delicious pork.I call and they tell me 10min and every time I pick it up it packaged and double bagged and nicely they put napkins spoon and fork and soy sauce.Always makes me feel better !!!!

I like food but never answer phone to order and the outside seems trashy .food is good and they are very nice is why we come back .
