Chef Juan Catering Kitchen

We've ordered food from Chef Juan a couple times. This second time they delivered a full taco bar for our son's birthday party. They were on time, friendly, and set up everything for us quickly. Most importantly, their food is just really, really good! The meats and sauces are so flavorful, and it's clear that they use high quality ingredients and take pride in what they cook. You know the food is good when everybody at the party humming while they eat. We will definitely order from Chef Juan again. Highly recommended!

About a week late but I had to come and post a review. My brother was searching around for a caterer for my nephew who just turned 1 and found Chef Juan on here, Yelp.. I cannot express how delicious the food was! Probably the best birria I have ever tasted! Not dry at all, amazing flavor, the rice was bomb AF too lol anyway Juan was great. He brought the food, helped chop up the cilantro and onion (even though it was not his job to because my brother was late) and he even helped serve the plates (huge relief, because once again, my brother was late) so we were stuck serving everyone. I will totally recommend him to everyone. His pricing was really good too. I am totally thinking of having him for my daughters Quinceañera.

Stop searching Juan's Catering offers a wide variety of taco meats, aguas frescas and salsa. All his ingredients are top notch! Pictures don't do his food any justice. Flavors are seriously out of this world. The best tacos I've ever had!! Not to mention the aguachiles and ceviche! Call them now! You won't be disappointed!!!

Chef Juan and his team did such an amazing job for our wedding! Not only did he provide service beyond my expectations, he took on the challenge of preparing for our big in the matter of 2 months! Juan and his team are absolutely amazing. They are so professional, affordable and the food is fresh and delicious! We had so many compliments at our wedding from not only the guests who ate the food, but also the hosts of our venue who raves about how friendly and clean and considerate he was. Juan is the best.

We recently hired chef Juan to cater my daughters wedding. We had a unique idea of doing a variety of salads and skewers for the dinner since it was a hot summer night. A lot of the people at the venue were vegetarian and I new Juan specialized in delicious meat. But he was willing and eager to cook appetizers and provide dinner. We had watermelon skewers with feta cheese,mint and balsalmic reduction and gazpacho as appetizers. I had a guest comment that the gazpacho soup was better than what he had in Spain! It was incredibly flavorful and did not taste like just Blended vegetable soup. The watermelon skewers were cool and refreshing. For dinner he made three different salads one with chicken and the other two were vegetarian. All three where is spectacular! Very flavorful. He was very easy to work with and when the setup wasn't exactly what he had thought he didn't even blink an eye and adjusted without complaining. I would highly recommend Chef Juan for any event you are having.
