Went in knowing what I wanted, upon entering no one asked if we were doing ok other than one girl who seemed to be managing the whole floor while one employee was behind the register and another employee was putting up some shelves. I unfortunately could not get a name but she was very kind and checked up on us. Once we were ready to get run up I went to one side of the register and the employee behind the register, I believe he name was paisley?, she very rudely told us that she's not open and to go to the next register. She looked miserable working there and even more annoyed when we went up to the register she just so happened to be standing in front of. So we moved over to have the girl who helped us out with the shoes ring us up. As stated before, it seemed like she was doing everything that day. There are a small amount of employees that are very helpful but most of them leave a bad taste in my mouth and leave me not wanting to come back.

This is a very good store for men and women for clothing and shoes. They have a wide selection of clothing and shoes for all ages and sizes, shapes. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful.Again I'm gift shopping for X-mas. Really want to get it done early. Found one item so one person is done.

The Store Manager is socially retarded when it comes to dealing with people tried talking with her and all she did was shut down and ignore me because she could not comprehend what I was trying to explain to her.

Great selection for shoes and clothing for all ages. Service wise it's not that great but it's also not that bad. Got to the register to do an exchange for a bigger size but they did not have it. The lady on the register ordered it online for us and got it shipped to our house. In and out in 5minutes. Pretty quick and smooth and no hassle.

Staff was friendly prices were reasonable (compared to competitors). Overall had a very good experience. Staff was patient I tried on 4 different pairs before I settled.

Horrible service. Asked some fat girl working here for a size and she couldn't get it . First and last time coming here. Train your staff

Worst customer service ever! I walked in and asked the two boys that work to help me find some shoes for my son. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he said if we have them there are over there and he pointed at the display with all the shoes. Then he turned around and kept talking to his co-worker.

Came to get shoes for my son. Holding a shoe in my hand I stood looking at employee Aisha for a good 5 minutes. Trying to make eye contact with her it was apparent she was intentionally ignoring me. She continued to talk to a person who later identified as "off the clock" He finally offered to help me after he even realized Aisha was avoiding me. I don't know why other then she's just plain rude!Aisha, choose another form of work. This line of work is definitely not for you. Of course the shoe size was not in stock .... expected that after Aisha understood... IM NOT THAT CUSTOMER

Went in yesterday to shop was greeted nicely at the entrance by employees Anthony and Kaitlyn. The rest of the employees inside the store definitely need to take customer service classes! Took my business somewhere else. 5 stars goes to the greeters only.

I went in last week to see my usual guy, the one with curly hair, and i was told he was let go and some of the staff laughed after they said it. I won't be returning here because the 2 female workers, Veronica and Caitlin didn't seem like they really wanted to help me. Definitely going to miss my friend working there.
