I never come here. But stopped in for a Father's Day gift for my other half. The deals were pretty good. I would say they were pretty well staffed based on at LEAST four of the associates standing around each other talking and one at the register.Store was up kept and clothes were being folded One of the many stores welcoming back people to come in and shop.

I am taking into consideration that businesses are struggling during COVID, which is one of the main reasons why they should honor a price in the store when it was clearly their fault that a shoe was marked with the incorrect price. I called customer service and they did nothing, and this is why i shop on line. I will not be shopping at this store or any store they are affiliated with.

We shopped Champs often until now. They say to offer a Military discount, you be the judge. While in store I provided my Military ID given while in the Marine Corps during Desert Storm. In store discount was declined and I was sent away being advised to go online and provide military documentation. I thought that was a little EXTRA being as I had my military ID. Nevertheless after going home and attempting to do so online I was DECLINED. So get this, the so called Military Discount only applies to Retired Military and not Veterans of any sort. So I researched that and found that less that 1% of our military actually retire. Their Store, Their rules I get it, but perhaps calling it a Military Discount is an overstatement. You tell me....

This is a review for the worst customer service ever. Her name is Nicka. Some asian girl that works there. My boyfriend and I were searching for a Lakers jersey, and it was locked up with security wire. It took a while to get one of the four people working there to help us. When we decided to ring the purchase up, Nicka stood there talking to the co worker, while we patiently waited for her to complete the transaction. She'd look at us and continue talking. Then asked me if I wanted to buy jersey protectant. HELL NO. Then continued to say "Are you sure? It's really good." Yes, I'm sure. She didn't even say have a nice day or thank you, and continued talking to her co worker. Never going here again.

My experience at this location was excellent! De Saunte, the manager provided amazing customer service to my daughter and I. He listened, ask questions, gave informative answers which lead to me purchasing shoes for my 12 year old daughter. I will be going back to get the shoes that I had my eye on. Thank you!

Worst customer service! I've been here several times and I am never acknowledged, workers are rude and stay behind registers talking instead of offering to help customers. Went in to buy some shoes because this was the only place that had the size I needed. One of the females working here was quick to say she didn't have the size but once we mentioned that foot locker told us champs had the size, she was hesitant to go to the back to check but she did and actually had the shoe size (smh).

Called About an application to apply, Anthony who answered the phone was very rude because i could not find the link that he told me previously about because it was not on the page. I asked aboutbit omce more and was very rude, needs to get some type of help over there, always hiring garbage people. S/o Anthony

This place has the most worst customer service . My bf asked a simple question and the worker looked at him like he was dumb . And had an attitude . I work too so I know I hate stupid questions but all he asked was if they carried kids Nike slippers and she was just so rude . Will not be coming back ever again !

Walked in was never acknowledged I was even there. Never came and asked if we needed help. Two African American female employees just stood behind the registers and chatted away. Worst store ever.
