My son and I recently joined CFT and we are truly happy with it. This gym offers far more from the traditional gyms. You just have to experience it for yourself. We took the foundation 1 on 1 with our coach, Chris. He's really good, attentive, fun, knowledgeable, and helps us perform our best when it comes to the right posture, breathing techniques, etc. Highly recommended!

This is the best experience I have ever had with a fitness facility. Everyone make you feel like part of a family. Very friendly and fun. Coach Vinnie and Chris both have been awesome. They were able to adjust the training to were I still had a great workout even though I just had rotator cuff surgery. Now I just started more of an individual personal set training for just my needs. With online access to homework when I'm not with my trainer! This is definitely something that needs to continue even after hitting your goals and this is the place to do it!

Such a huge facility and top notch people. I visit this gym often as we partner together and I can truly say that this is one of the best Crossfit Gyms in California. WOD's are always programmed so well and all members push each other to do their best. If you're ever in Tracy be sure to drop in here.

I've been a member at CrossFit Tracy (CFT) for almost 1.5 years now, which is by far the longest I have stuck with ANY workout program or training regiment--EVER. If you read nothing else, know this: If you commit to it, be it 2 days a week, or 7 days a week...CFT produces amazing results and does so amongst an amazing group of people.I started as a 29yr. old, moderate health--my only real exercise routine was some occasional running (3-4 miles/mo. if I was lucky). The coaching at CFT is the secret sauce for success. All you have to do is show up (they offer a ton of class times, from as early as 530am all the way to 830pm), and the coaches will lead you from there. There is a strong attention to good form and mechanics, and the entire coaching staff adapts well to leading groups of 10-25, while still managing a thorough 1-on-1 interaction. They truly make fitness fun and something that you WANT to be better at, and it feels personalized to your own progress.I wasn't particularly keen on the idea of working out in a group of people: it intimidated me, I am highly competitive, yet scared of failure. What I found though (almost immediately) is that the CrossFit community isn't your typical juiced up globo-gym crowd. Everyone here is at different levels of fitness, of different shapes and sizes, but EVERYONE encourages each other towards progress. The workouts (WODs) will definitely humble you, but what gets you through it is the constant encouragement of the CFT members doing the same workout, right next to you. 1.5 years in for me, and the community aspect is something I enjoy the most about CFT. I've made some lifelong friends here and week after week we push one another to be better than yesterday.RESULTS. Plain and simple, you'll get results at CFT. I started to see strength gains after about 3 months of effort, attending regular CF classes 3-4 days a week (they also have entry level bootcamp classes). After 6 months or so, physically, I could see improvements in muscle definition (I previously had none, haha), quality of life improved dramatically (lower back soreness gone, sleeping better, more energy day-to-day). Over a year into it, I've got abs that I haven't seen since I was in high school. CFT is something I look forward to on a daily basis now. I have been attending classes regularly 4-6 times a week, and absolutely love it.If you're intimidated, don't be. CrossFit Tracy is by far one of the best decisions I've made for myself in a long time. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

There are no words good enough to express how awesome Cross-fit Tracy really is. I am 26 year old and after giving birth to my third child I seriously felt like a blob... my body wasn't bounce'n back like the first kid... and I was fed up with feeling so utterly uncomfortable in my own clothes more importantly my own skin! I started with the "Boot-Camp" and I was hooked. I finally found something that worked for me(I tried the gym and personal trainers). The love and encouragement that total strangers show you blows my mind. I am now 4 months in --- down 2 full sizes 30lbs less and still going strong. I am doing things I did not think I could EVER do... like a simple pull-up. Hands down this gym is fantastic!

CFT has been a total game changer for myself and my wife. They follow a set of core values that represent major parts of life we hold important, Fun, Family, Fitness. The coaching staff is on point and they are one of the few places where they can accommodate to the person just getting into a healthy lifestyle or all the way to the professional athlete. Lets face it if you are looking at this you are probably in limbo trying to make a commitment, weighing out cost + benefits. Don't take my word for it, come on in and try a class. I'm pretty sure they don't even charge for you just trying it out. Fun, Family, Fitness, Core Values we can all live by.

I can't express how much I enjoy putting in work at Crossfit Tracy. Before Crossfit, I was going to the gym at In Shape. It was a nice place and it has a lot of stuff. I initially head about crossfit in 2005, but it wasn't until 2010, when I first dropped in to check it out. I came in the afternoon and Anthony (Owner and Coach) was heading a class. 30 minutes later I made up my mind to come in for my first class ASAP. There was no need to convince me to try it out, I was hook based on what I saw. Anthony was cool and provided me with a lot of great info. On my way home I stopped by In Shape to cancel my membership.I've been hooked ever since. The exercise programs at Crossfit Tracy are unparalleled to any other workout I've ever done. I feel strong and my endurance is better than its ever been. Everyone there is encouraging and humble. This place is so packed with energy, there's no room for an ego!If your serious about getting fit, you have to come on by and give it a look see. Don't knock it until you try it! Only thing that I could complain about, it that I didn't get started sooner.

I started Crossfit two years ago as a boot camper thinking I was just going to do ONE month of bootcamp so I could get in shape for summer, 3 weeks later I was committing to one full year, then another full year! You will get hooked, you will love it, you will never want to leave!! CFT was the first gym I ever joined and committed to. Not only because I was loving the way it was transforming my body, but because of the friends and family I have made here!! Amazing, fun, hilarious and experienced coaches. HUGE facility!! Fun events!! Seriously if you haven't tried it, you NEED to. You are missing out.
