Yikes... I really do not like leaving negative reviews but just inquiring as to their availability for party rentals was a very unpleasant experience. I didn't make it past one phone call and a stop at their shop. My husband even gave them a call to see if the customer service really was as bad as I had explained. It really is hard to believe that as adults basic customs and courtesies are lost. Shame because they do seem like a well put together business aside from the terrible customer service. Which by the reviews I observed, it seems to be a trend. Essentially I ended up contacting Best Party in Tracy, they were super accommodating, and their customer service was great thus far. I'll definitely be writing a review for them.

Archille and the team helped make my baby shower a breeze! Ordered 3 round tables and 28 chairs week of event. She was very kind and personable. Will definitely be using them again.

Had an engagement party last weekend and needed to find chairs and tables asap! Went to Central Valley party and they did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and very helpful! Highly recommend renting from them. Will be renting from them again :).

So I thought this place would be a life saver but ends up our worst nightmare! Our situation is kinda rush and looking for a rental place that is near to our place so we could pick up ourselves cause we understood that it would be hard for us to get a last minute rental. Called them, explained our situation and after few phone conversations, they agreed that we can over and pickup the chairs and tables we would like to rent. Of course when we reach their office, the lady named Archille said they cannot do it for us. So in my frustration I had to ask why she has to decline our rental as soon as we showed up for pick up. She keeps on giving us nonsense explanation, so disrepectful and I assume that she is racist that as soon as she saw us there is nothing she can offer us. In the middle of our nonsense arguement, I just ask her if she can help us that day or no, saying: "just for today, I will let it pass, have our guys prepare the things you need but teaching us manners that we shouldnt lie about the time we first time showed up in their office cause we are late" (cause we originally told to come 11:30 and because we need our bigger vehicle to come we arrived late) but her saying this, means she still can do it but holding everything for us! So ending up that she didnt give us what we needed because she dont wanna help and making it more complicated for us about returning the rentals! Just avoid this place, you will deal with difficult "office manager" as she called herself.

I reached out in August for a quote, mentioning that I had a limited budget for decor and wasn't sure if I could afford their services. I spoke with Archille, who patiently walked me through everything my daughter wanted while respecting our budget. Her understanding and support throughout the planning process were invaluable.When we wanted to include an item they didn't carry, Archille referred us to someone else, demonstrating reliability, honesty, and ethical practices. The entire team at Central Valley Party was incredibly supportive during this significant event. When it came time to pay the invoice, Jerry took care of everything, ensuring we didn't need to add any unnecessary items and providing recommendations on how many heaters we would need for the space.I never felt pressured to add more decor to increase the cost, and whenever I needed to modify the order, I felt comfortable doing so.Scheduling the delivery and pickup was straightforward; they confirmed a Friday drop-off and a Monday pickup. There was a minor issue at the venue, but Archille, Jerry, and the venue staff handled it seamlessly, allowing us to stick to the original schedule.Matt and Tony took care of the drop-off. Since I had never planned an event of this scale, I wasn't sure how to set things up. However, Matt and Tony were patient as I worked through my plan. When I left before they finished setting up, I returned to find everything was exactly as we envisioned--and more!I'm so grateful we were referred to Central Valley Party. They truly went above and beyond in their service!we will absolutely be using them again for our events in the future.

This company is awesome to work with. Super helpful getting our rental set up and super helpful when working on scheduling possible changes due to weather. They allowed us to make a last minute judgement call on the weather and really made that process super easy considering we had been expecting the 'bomb cyclone'. The showed up early to our location and set up the jump house 6-1 combo quickly and efficiently and communicated everything we would need be mindful of. The entire team is polite, helpful, and kind. We really appreciate all they did and look forward to using them again.

CVP helped make our little one's birthday a wild success. From being patient going through the paperwork, with reasonable prices and being quick to help as we faced issues. They were great, quick and thorough.

Today on the Altamont a driver in your van almost caused a huge accident. Very irresponsibl, not a good look when he is representing your company. LPN-87863J2

I used Central Valley Party for linen rentals for my baby shower. Since the beginning they were very transparent with their pricing. Also their website makes it really easy to pick out the things you want a quote for. Sol was really helpful and responsive to my emails. Even when I changed my mind about a couple of linens. Thank you Central Valley for a great service and experience!

Best party rental ! I've booked multiple events and rented chairs tables and water slide which was properly set and cleaned by the team upon delivery. !!
