Took a 14k chain to see how much they would offer and the guy at the window lied and said it was 10k. He said he would still take it but pay 10k price which I instantly knew to take my piece somewhere else. Went today to Stockton loan and jewelry where they used real machines not acid test and came back 14k. In short don't trust selling to these fishy people.
