They have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! they font know what a birria Taco is either. Their tripas is no where near good. Don't go to this place.

Talk about crappy customer service and adding things to food that doesn't belong, or even say it on the menu. Then when you take it back they are rude and make you wait over 20 minutes. We have been here over 30 times and never had an issue! Our normal girl was not there. I'm so beyond frustrated and will NEVER return to this truck. Their food has gone down hill for sure.

I drove all the way to this place from Ceres and I ordered Carne Asada fries yet they gave me no meat on them how are you going to have a dish that has meat in the name and not put meat on it??? I even asked for extra cheese and they put the extra cheese I asked for no veggies they intentionally put extra veggies this place is garbage and not worth the drive.

La comida si está buena pero el servicio de cliente no muy bien. Cada vez que marcamos nunca contestan o nos dejan en espera, pero siempre se les olvidan que estamos en espera. Ya cuando llegamos no vimos a ningún cliente esperando y todavía estábamos en espera. La señora que nos atendió me contestó de un modo feo cuando le dije que siempre nos dejan en espera cuando marcamos. No se disculpó ni nada.The food is good but the customer service is not the best. Every time we call to place an order, they either never answer or we get left on hold, but they ALWAYS forget that we are on hold. They never put it on actual hold, they just set the phone down so we can hear when she's dealing with a client and when she's not. I called yesterday and she forgot about me for over 10 minutes and when we arrived we didn't see any other customers and we were still waiting on the phone. The same lady who put us on "hold" helped us and she answered me in an ugly way when I told her that they always leave us on hold when we call. She didn't apologize or anything and denied that she answered the phone. Even though it was her voice and the phone was right next to her.

Customer service is not good but the food is pretty good. I specifically ordered my tacos with nothing on it and they still added extra onion and cilantro. I clarified twice that I didn't want anything on them

no flavor for the chicken, driest burrito, only good thing was that they made it fast.

My usual is the chicken quesadilla supreme and I just tried their breakfast burrito and this was the best breakfast burrito ever

Just made a pit stop at Casa Cuevas Taqueria. Ater a long day at the lake, the last thing we expected was to get such bad service. We ordered some tacos and an order of quesa tacos for me. We'll when our # was called, my fiance got up to get it. Only took them about 5 minutes to make, which is a good thing, but the problem is, the girl at the pick up window, rudely demanded to him, " that next time he bring her his receipt!" Well no one else was there and like I said, it only took them about 5 minutes to make. I then get up to ask for salsa for my consome and the kid (because neither acted like adults) at the window gave me an attitude. His response was, " did you order any?" I asked, " doesn't it come with any? Because he had asked if I wanted them with "everything" He just repeated the same question again, wirh an attitude. then said, "it's 50 cents" I said, "oh I thought it came with Birria salsa" If you know Birria, you know it goes with certain kind of salsa. Anyways, he just said we put salsa on the tacos. Which is fine, even though they didn't ask what kind I wanted. The issue was the bad attitude and ways of speaking to the clientele. The quesa birrias where good except for the fact the fell apart because of the crazy amount of salsa they put on them. I don't know if they don't like working or what their issues where, but I really hope they are not part of that business if it's family, because they suck! I hope the parents are as disappointed with their attitudes as I was. Probably won't go back any time soon.
