Cartoon Bounce House Rentals

Have tried multiple times over various days to reach this company and left voicemails. Never received a response and there is no email option available. I'm sure they have a great product and service if they were actually reliable enough to respond to customers.

Called Cartoon Bounce House last minute, day of the party after our original company couldn't fit the first one in our lawn. Luckily they had a superhero jumper & sent someone come out immediately to save our sons birthday! They were on time and very professional! They set up everything with ease and came on time to pick it up! It was a breeze dealing with Cartoon Bounce house! I would definitely recommend them and be using them again!

My granddaughter asked for a bounce house for her birthday party so I googled bounce houses in my area and this was first on the list. I called, spoke with the owner and was able to reserve the one she wanted. Today was the party and Jr arrived exactly when he said he would, set up took just minutes, they cleaned and sanitized the jumper too. When the party started and kids arrived, they just jumped the entire time. They didn't even want to eat, they just wanted to jump. My granddaughter was so excited and happy and that's all that matters! Thank you for making her day! We will definitely be using you again.

It was time for my little man's 10th birthday! We decided on a back yard BBQ and of course we need a jumper to occupy the kids!! We got the number for Cartoon Jumper from our neighbor , who had used them a few months before. And we gave them a call. Jr. answered immediately, we discussed the packages, he explained the fees and payment type (CASH only) and we scheduled his services.Jr. called a day before to confirm our reservation, which was the Sports themed Jumper, one table and ten chairs for $110. He agreed to come over an hour before the party and would arrive around 7:30/8 pm, so we would have jumper from 1:00pm-8:00pm.The day of the party, the clouds looked like they were not going to cooperate, and we were feeling a bit bummed. Jr. called wanting to confirm again if we wanted the jumper even with the chance of rain. We decided rain or shine, we will be getting our jump on! He arrived a bit earlier then expected, no complaints from us, and proceeded to set up swiftly. He went over all the regulations with my Hubby and we exchanged the contract for the cash.The jumper was in great condition, very clean and we had absolutely no complaints. As quick as he set the jumper up, he was even swifter when he arrived at 8 pm lol! If we are in need of a jumper again, we will give Cartoon Jumper a call!

No response back from voicemail and no option to email. Called several times throughout the day in a span of a couple days to no avail. Sucks cause we were going to go with this company for sure since they have what we wanted. But hey what's one customer and a couple hundred dollars!

I've never rented a bounce house before so I was venturing into the unknown on this one. As I found this place on-line and did all the ordering over the phone instead of face to face I was especially nervous in case these guys might be late or not even show up. Turns out they were great. Arrived a few minutes early, had everything set up in a few minutes and even threw in a sno-cone machine as they had one in the truck. We rented the big wave water slide which was safe(back/stairs enclosed) and clean and way higher than it looks in the picture. Some of the younger ones were a little intimidated but for 6+ it was great fun. Tip:get a bunch of beach balls to put in the pool area for extra fun as they slide in. We ended up having the slide for about 6 hrs and they were so relaxed about it I'm pretty sure we could have had it longer if we needed.We'll be using these guys again.

First time renting from these guys and it wont be my last! These guys are awesome,i needed a water slide for my daughters party when another company couldnt come through.we almost cancelled the party till we got these guys on the phoneThat says a lot for last minute /same day service.they were on time picking up and dropping off.thank you so much again for saving the day.the kids had a blast and im so grateful we found you guys.will always use your services for any future bounce needs :)

We had a fantastic experience working with Cartoon Bounce Rentals. We got a bounce house with a slide on the inside. (C4 Princess). This bounce house was nice and clean. Set up was done quickly and so was the pick up. Jr. was easy to work with, great communication. They have a nice variety of bounce houses to choose from and are super flexible with delivery times and pick up. Bookmarking this company and hope to rent more in the future.
