My review is solely based on the customer service. This is the second time I've had the same rude young lady take my order. She has a habit of mumbling and sounds irritated when I ask her to repeat what she's saying. She took it up a notch when she snapped at me and asked if that' was it. Really? Maybe the person ahead of me that took awhile to place their order pissed her off. lolOn a positive note, the young lady that took my payment and handed me my order was nice.

Why are you using AI for the drive thru? It makes special ordering very hard. It interrupts to tell customers info about things other than our order. It's ridiculous.Additionally, my entire order was wrong. I went inside to fix it and they only have three people working at a time. Two making the food, one working the front register and drive through at the same time. If you can't afford a bigger team, where's the franchisee to help run the restaurant.

This drive thru uses an AI which is extremely frustrating to use. After getting my order wrong and spending several minutes correcting it, I get my food and the order is actually wrong anyway. 12 bucks of dinner wasted because they screwed everything up. Because of the stupid AI drive thru service or maybe a worker making a mistake, I don't know. I'm just hungry and frustrated right now. I hate this Carl's Jr location. It's also located around a hub of illegal prostitution activity, just in case anybody in law enforcement sees this.

No Effort into my Order What a Burn Gross!! My burger was in Pieces and soaking wet I had to toss it my fries were so Old and Greasy half waffle half regular fries Garbage even the drink sucked sheesh!!

Person taking my order seemed to be in a rush but I was the only car in drive thru, was a bit rude too. Then I bite into my burger and see this which I have no idea what it is but ...

It would be nice if miss Meah didn't have an attitude when a customer is confused about something. I wasn't sure what the star deal is because I'm not a frequent customer but she didn't even care to explain. She immediately got annoyed and didn't hesitate to show it. Not sure how long this employee has been here but if I was a rude customer, I wouldn't be going to these lengths. But I was confused and just asked for the 4.09 sandwich and that was enough to trigger her, I guess. Service didn't even deserve 1 star. Food was decent though.
