Management have no clue what she's doing in the drive-through. I use my point. She asked what was that I was using what was a coupon for it's not for a coupon. It's four points and who comes to work in fast food in a suit, bright pink at that and she couldn't take the questions and she didn't know how to use the ATM machine to take the credit card so she got one of her employees to do it just said.

If you want to pay $32 for two small combos with (the wrong) bland burgers, this is the place for you. We should have paid attention to the empty drive-through and parking lot at noon, but we were ready for adventure. The cheerful, friendly cashier, who repeated back our order multiple times, was a good sign! So were the very hot fries!My burger was definitely not what I'd ordered, and our other burger was missing the key special ingredient that made it what it was. The beef itself is flavorless, so it really matters when they get the toppings wrong! Fries are okay. I'm hesitating on finishing my drink, as the burger sloppiness means I don't trust them to have given me diet or to have cleaned the machines ever.There are plenty of other fast food outlets nearby. Go to one of those.

Robbery ,every time I go there three consistent times as of late, they over charge me last time they charged me over $20 for a simple regular patty single burger , when I went back the older Hispanic lady sat there and fought with me that it's supposed to be rang in that way, of course it isn't because their dm was in the lobby and came back to tell her the correct procedure and they refunded me $9, they over charged me today on the chicken tender wraps, they charged me $8 when I went back, the same lady with her bug eyes and fake light red hair told me that they couldn't honor the price because that was the special if you down load the app, nowhere on the paper does it says that on the contrary, on the front says you get a free sandwich NOT a wrap. So I don't know if this location is overcharging their guests purposely or maliciously and I know everything is getting expensive but this is just unreal, they're nickel and dining everyone walking in, that's criminal people are struggling and you're robbing them and then gaslighting them after, very very poor business

My husband and I stopped by here for dinner today & we had an amazing experience. My husband had the Famous star &I had the Santa Fe chicken sandwich. It was delicious. If I could give them 0 i would. They forget part of my order, I come back shortly after to let them know, I have the receipt/order # and they tell me the order never existed. We waited 20 minutes at the drive through and when it was our turn to pay they said they are only accepting cash because their system was down. We asked to at least give us our order because of how long we waited and they declined. Terrible manager, terrible customer service.
