I have sampled just about all of the Rossi wines and find the Burgundy to be a great wine to cook with while sipping on the great Rossi Cab. Also the Paisano is one of the best tasting reds I've had in a long while. These wines are very good year after year and the price is always right. I will always be a fan of Carlo Rossi wines for both cooking and sipping.
