This is an extremely fun and unique store. I regularly shop here and really take my time to look at EVERYTHING. They gift wrap for special occasions and have some really unusual finds there.

There are so many places that you can go to pick up something shiny for the ones you love. That's why customer service is so important in this competitive market. While strolling through Lincoln Center today my daughter and I stumbled across Carats. What made her stop and go inside was the fact that they had Alex and Ani on display. We walked inside and saw their wonderful displays and their extensive selection of the Alex and Ani line. After dropping my daughter off I went back and got her a Christmas present. The service I received was excellent, it was both personable and knowledgeable. I guess that's why I returned a few hours later to get another bracelet for my other daughter. With so many options available its nice to go to a place that has excellent customer service. I will be back.

I went in just looking and Kris was amazing. He was a little busy but made sure I was greeted. Once he was free he came and assisted me with the Alex and Ani bracelets. He is very informative he answered all my questions on different items in the store. I will be back and referring Carats to everyone I know.
