I know many car shops cannot be trusted, but this car shop in my opinion is one of a kind, they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I've taken my car here for years now and I trust no other mechanic Alfredo and his team do magnificent work, not just under the trunk but their auto body skills are magnificent. I took my car in for maintenance and they did not disappoint. When I got my car back. It was spotless. They had cleaned it inside and out as an extra service. I was floored my Car looked brand new.

My experience at Car n Bike Moto was hands down the best I've ever had at any sort of automotive body shop. It wasn't just the timely, quality service (which is amazing), but what makes this place truly special is the owner Alfredo. About 3 and a half months ago I got into an accident that rendered my car unable to drive. My transmission was gutted, as well as bunch of other cosmetic issues like the bumper, side panels, etc, in other words it was just a complete and total mess. I happened to be in Vallejo at the time of the accident, and stumbled upon Alfredo's shop by pure chance. But man am I glad I found his shop! Not only did Alfredo and his team at Car n Bike Moto fix all the issues due to the accident, he went out of his way to fix things that weren't even related to the accident. My car literally looks brand new, since getting it back I've received so many compliments from friends, family, even strangers who think my car is NEW! This accident completely shaped my year, and was one of the most stressful times of my life. Without divulging too much personal info, I'm a broke college student, who relies on their car for pretty much everything. Alfredo reassured me from the very beginning that he'd work with me and my financial situation, and then went above and beyond to make my car good as new. The whole process he was honest, transparent, communicative, and KIND! I never once felt like I was being strung along, or swayed to do things just for him to make money, which has been my experience at other body shops in the past. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. Not only bc my car looks amazing, but bc Alfredo and his team make this experience truly special. If you ever need body work on your car, and are looking to work with someone who is honest and values your humanity, then go to Car n Bike Moto, seriously, you won't be disappointed.

I have been very fortunate to have been able to have auto body repairs at Car N Bike Moto after having my kids vehicle was damaged due to a wreckless uninsured driver. Alfredo is very good at making sure your vehicle will be in as good or better condition after finishing damage repairs. Car N Bike Moto is one of a few business I feel I can truly trust, and that provide exceptional services. I wish I had pictures of my kids vehicle when it had been sideswiped on the driver side but here is one showing the driver side after I got it back from Car N Bike Moto.

Took my car for a rear bumper fix and it's been three months yet still haven't fix. I called the owner what's going on and he still have the attitude to get mad. Bad services! Won't recommend.

Brought my Truck in the shop to get painted and when it was done and whole and behold unexpected the best thing I have done is that I brought my vehicle here to get worked on the staff are all great and very humble I recommend this shop to anyone

My neighbor hit my parked car which damaged the bumper, fender and headlights. After searching for a reputable and trustworthy body shop which wasn't easy, Car n Bike Moto was recommended by a family friend. After discussing the process with Alfredo, I knew I was in good hands. I never felt worried while my car was in the shop. Alfredo and team did a fantastic job on replacing the damaged parts. The paint job was excellent. Service and quality at its highest. I highly recommend!

Just have to say wow! Alfredo did an amazing job. I was treated like family from the very start. I had a damaged motorcycle tank and it now looks incredible. Even after they stripped it and found additional damage they still only charged me the original estimated price. I'll definitely be returning for any of my auto body/ paint needs.
