Captain's Cove

After reading some of the negative reviews about property and manager I am aboustely not agree with thier opinions and comments . I have moved to this apartment from Stockton 3 year ago. I love this apartment.it is Friendly , nice and quite neighborhood and, also better place to raise your kids. The property manegar is very active and discipline. I was trying to change my car flat tire and signal light many times she offered me help, if you need tool and equipment I have it in storage room.

-10 rating. The manager is completely the opposite of professional! Rude to her tenants, nosy (watches everything you do especially if you have guests), expects you to have lights out at 9:00 pm and sooooo much more. $1200 for 760 sf 2 bedroom. There may be a pool but it its open less than1/2 the year and NO Kids after 7PM. There is a strange smell all over the property. I imagine its from all of the manager's cats. Also there is a table and chairs that blocks the main walkway to and from the apartments. Those people who sit there are extremely nosy also. Furthermore the manager shares all the tenants personal business. One word --DON'T!

Spoke with a very rude lady who disconnected the phone while inquiring about the application process. The ad was on Craigslist but wasn't as detailed it was definitely an eye opener the more questions that were asked the more uncomfortable she began to get. I would not recommend this place solely based off the customer service. The other reviews on here also is a red flag

WORST management and apartments around- Rent is $1200+, The cars are broken into/stolen nightly (Our car was stolen 3 cars down from the site managers bedroom window and a Harley was stolen right outside her back door), NO security cameras or flood lights are in place. Tweekers/Neighborhood junkies walk into the complex often, both knocking on doors and just helping themselves INSIDE your apartment. (happened to me 2X in 1 year by the same woman) The site manager watches you swim in the pool and comes out to scold you for every little thing (kids touch the spa, food/drinks in the pool area, looking at YOUR cell phone while family swims, if you have more then TWO people in the pool at a time), No Visitors are allowed to stay more then 2 nights (out of town family or not). Horrible. Watch out

To who it may concern. You cannot always believe what you read or hearAbout this complex. Me and my daughter has been living here for Approximately 9 years. This is the first place I moved to from the Bay Area. I can honestly say we love it.I can also say the manager is awesome. She goes over and beyond to maintain this complex to make sure the tenants are satisfied with the living environment here.It's usually the tenants that got evicted for non payment of rent who would give a bad review, about this complex.

After reading all the reviews and thought my car was going to get stolen or I was going to get shot. I was truly wrong, you can't trust all reviewers all the time because this place is the most peaceful little neighborhood I have ever lived in. The entire complex is made up of long term tenants and families. The outside may not look the best but the homes are newly renovated and offer a sweet cozy environment to live in. I couldn't be happier to say we moved here. Land lady is friendly but stern as she should be because there has to be a level of professionalism. Rent is great for the area and peace that comes with living here. The house rules really create an environement that most apartments fail to create. You aren't being constantly watched by loitering people or smelling drugs all the time. The pool is clean and the people there are extremely friendly. Parking is plentiful which my old apartment did NOT provide for DOUBLE THE PRICE! They tried to tow my car away twice for using parking spaces that were vacant from occupants So needless to say, I have had bad exepriences in other places. This place is so much like home and my concerned wife has changed into happy wife with her new home. Thanks for making this little mexican boy really happy captains cove!
