Capitol West RV Park

Capital West Rv Park is a great place for full-time RV'ers.It has a bathroom which includes a nice shower and it is always clean and feels good to use.The laundry facilities are great and kept clean and the machines work really well. You must use liquid soap since they are the water efficient type of washers.The staff is friendly and helpful.A background check is done on folks planning to stay awhile which makes it a good secure place to call home in your RV.I lived there for about a year and it felt comfortable and like home.I recommend Capital West RV Park!

John must be an employee! Seriously? Worst part of town ever! Had to drive our dog to outside park because this place is nothing but a gravel pit. Beware! No way again! Most people live there.. ok for that but feel we got duped!

Hands down one of the best parks in the Sacramento area! Yes the surrounding neighborhood isn't the prettiest but the tennants within the park keep a watchful eye on whos coming and going. You definitely feel safe and respected in the community.The staff is really friendly and helpful. The park itself is kept up pretty well and everyone that lives here is happy to help. I dare ya to try living in any other rv park in the area then come and stay here. Trust me your in good company at Cap west rv park!

What a find this place is! The sites are very large and level, with nice clean gravel and over-sized concrete patios. The entire park is immaculately maintained, and the management are incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer: there's so much to do in the area, and Capitol West is so conveniently located, that we still had tons of things we wanted to do when it was time to leave. We're definitely planning on coming back to this gem of a park.

I wanted to put in a new review as my initial entry was deleted by the old manager attached with the previous owners. Yes it was a bit horrendous but every word truthful. It's been almost a year or so and wanted to post accolades because they are well deserved. Since putting in the beautiful fence allowing for just one entrance, the theft is almost unheard of as well as homeless and strung out meth heads making their presence recognized. Although I don't use personally - the new, upgraded washers and dryers as well as adding a shower was a nice touch. The current manager is professional and always helpful and courteous. Same goes for the grounds/maintenance couple. They are hardworking and you'll never see these two slacking for anything. Beauty with added flowering trees, corner park plants and bucketed eye catching arrangements are nice. The management is big on promoting mobile home and long term RV renters to keep their space areas tidy. Even with a rent increase and water charge added it's still reasonable in monthly cost if you can find an open spot for long term.

We lived here for 2 1/2 years. It was really a great place to live. Lot the lot rent was reasonable and the management was very accommodating.

I lived in Capitol West for about a year! Great Staff and management, clean and well kept! I wanted to thank Cristina, I moved out and she tracked down a missing package of mine that was shipped to the park in error! We stayed in Capitol RV park for one night, in a motorhome. They didn't have much room, but we only needed to stay one night. They don't answer their phone messages because the manager runs more than one park. So she's not there very often. We were glad we caught her there when we did. Although the mantianance people live on sight, you just have to find them. We did have an issue in the laundry room someone opened our dryer and apparently went through our clothes, we had to put an extra dollar in to get it dry. It was quiet at night and no big problems.

Thank you Capitol West RV Park for the hospitality and friendly staff. The property was always clean. Cristina G. was a delight to work with. All tenants were friendly and kept to themselves, but looked after one and another. It was our first time parking a camper, and it was a great experience. LCC

We are so pleased with Capitol West RV Park. We had heard they had a new owner and it seems they are upgrading the property. The property itself is clean as are the laundry room and shower. The manager, Christine Gonzales is just so nice and helpful. She really knows her job and does it gracefully and happily. We think the area is in transition but we are happy to get in here while there was still room and hope to make this our permanent home. We have found the other residents to be very friendly and helpful but also allow us our space and privacy. Every business we need is close, we could not ask for more.
