Camden Park Greenbelt

My new favorite running trail. I hate running and thinking about where to go. I like that here you can go and it'll all eventually loop around. It's a large area but easy to navigate. The geese are a lot in the mornings but that's unavoidable. It's a beautiful trail to walk/run

Camden Park in Elk Grove is one of the most beautiful parks in town. It is so gorgeous, especially at Sunset. The park has lots of geese and ducks when you're next to the lake. Lots of residents walk and jog there too! This is one of my favorite places to enjoy nature in the city.

Nice and neat park! Lots of trees surrounding the walking path to provide shade. Lots of flat green grassy area. Enjoy walking here with my dog

Beautiful park. Great spot for stroll and photo opportunities. We saw lots of folks fishing there also. Will come back for more details.

I guess I'll leave a review since Yelp keeps telling me to... LOL! This is a great area for walking or biking with your family and your dog. There are tons of huge trees that give off shade and water to enjoy on a peaceful walk. I saw a person fishing one time so that might be an option there? There are some benches if you need to take a break along your walk which if you have children, you probably will need to utilize. There was also a lot of grassy areas where you could play frisbee or put out a blanket to sit on. I think it would be really lovely at sunset near the water, I was there just before and it was already looking really nice.

I love this trail! It's absolutely stunning! I feel so at peace when I run this trail. There are so many options with many different routes! You can cross into the neighborhood for a more secluded route if you can cross over to Del Meyer Park and extend your route! I love running along the lake and have gotten so many beautiful sunset pictures! This is definitely one of my favorite running spots! It gets busy with people so plan it right or go a different route! The options are endless.

Beautiful/relaxing morning walk, definitely going to do this more often. perfect trail for just going outside fir some fresh air during this quarantine time.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, Camden Park Greenbelt offers an extensive walking and biking path along a scenic lake. Most of this area is shaded with various species of trees throughout the extensive well maintained lawns. A water fountain is located at the western edge near the bridge. There are appropriately placed signs along the path directing links to other trails.
