CaliSpeed Exotic Car Experiences

I bought this experience on Groupon as a gift for my partner this weekend and we both absolutely loved it! The process over the phone to book a time and day was quick and easy. We met at the location and the cars were already there as we were the first to pull up. Mike and Daniel were fantastic hosts! We got to drive all 3 cars around Sonoma backroads and wineries. Got to take some really good pictures with the cars. I totally recommend this experience for anyone who's looking for a fun weekend gift for any car enthusiasts out there!

Had a great drive with them. I drove a McLaren and a Lamborghini, and both cars were great and we drove them around Napa for about an hour and a half. My son was able to ride in the front seat.Scheduling was fine and I got a nice email confirmation. I highly recommend the experience. Lots of fun! These cars are amazing.

I purchased a driving experience for my mom as a Christmas present. She made a sepcial trip from out of state, specifically to drive their MacLaren. The day before she was scheduled for her drive, they called to say the MacLaren needed servicing, and did she want srive something else or rescehdule? She explained that it had always been her dream to drive a McLaren, but that sje wpuls only be in town a couple weeks. They assured her that the "MacLaren would be ready" for her the next weekend. So we rescheduled. We arrived on time at the meeting point - no MacLaren. When we explained that we had rescheduled because had been promised it would be available, we didn't even get an apology, just the comment that, "These cars are tricky." I am seriously considering sueing them for breach of contract.

Fraud alert! Pursuing legal action against incompetent owners.Cancelled 3 times on us and when asked if we would like a refund we said yes. They continue to dispute our refund. Claiming that we were a no show. Be professional people. Please.

Terrible experience so far. I booked a 2 vehicle 90min driving experience with them in October for my bf's birthday. I had a hotel, and whole trip planned around the experience. They cancelled on us a couple days before stating "computer troubles" with the car. This ruined our trip, but we rebooked for November. Again they cancelled us the day before stating computer troubles from the weather conditions (!?) We rebooked for January and again they cancelled stating all the lead drivers caught covid. We're moving states and don't want to waste our time if it gets cancelled again so I asked for a refund. They told me I would get it within 5 days. It's been past that and I'm still waiting. Horrible, unreliable service. Avoid this because you'll most likely lose money and waste your time.Update: After waiting for 2 weeks for my refund I never got it, called back and now they say it would take 30+ days (?!!). I ended up filing a compliant with BBB, reported a fraud with the FTC and worked with my credit card company to file a dispute and get a chargeback. Seriously, don't waste your time with this company.

This company is a scam. I was given a voucher for 3 car experience as birthday gift. I called the week it was to expire to schedule my time. I was told that the experience I had was not going to offered anymore so I could only do 2 cars, I said that was ok since I was scheduling for followering month. Then I was told the weekend I wanted might not happen because of a race in area, no problem I said. They were going to check and call me back. That didn't happen. I called again a week later, went through whole thing about voucher again, the man pretended to have no idea what I was talking about. But said I could schedule but they were full for that month call back in month. I did that, same thing. This repeated a few times and every time the man played completely oblivious to who I am or the situation. Called in October/ November man said "we will open scheduling again in December. Called today, he again acted like he had no clue what I was talking about and said "you're lying, I never told you to call back we've been reopen for months and have experiences every weekend we've never canceled anyone." I went back and forth explaining I've been calling for months, he said "nothing i can do about your voucher"So their scam is to collect the money from vouchers, run you around if you're anywhere close to expiration date then refuse to honor it. Save your money, they're awful. Yes, I have phone records that show all the times I called them.

Honestly I don't know this place has such bad reviews! I with my boyfriend for his 21th birthday and honestly it was really fun! I was worried it would be a scam because of the reviews but it's not. Claudia was really nice and took nice photos of us. I can only speak from my experience but this was definitely legit. Had a fun time and I loved the small groups due to covid!

Terrible customer service. Unclear about communicating availability to book. Will only allow scheduling up to ~1 week prior and may remove availability at the last minute without verbalizing to interested customers. Would not advise interacting with this company whatsoever. I purchased a Groupon to surprise my husband for one weekend we would be in Napa early July. Have been trying to book since mid-May but received deferments via multiple emails and phone calls stating they would return call when "bookings opened". Told today on 6/29 that manager will be out-of-state and this is the only weekend that they would not be able to offer the experience for the monthly of July. When asked how long this was planned, they stated the booking office was made aware 5 days ago. They are unreliable and this is a poor way to conduct business.

Bought a 2 HR Napa tour as a gift for my guy. We scheduled a week in advance for a Saturday. The overall experience was phenomenal!!! We were lucky enough to have a lot of the upgraded cars: Ferrari Italia 458, lambo gallardo, lambo huracan, and mclaren mp4-12c. They also had the Ferrari f430 but not for demo. You get to ride 3 different cars thru the local roads. We had those babies going @ 100mph at some points . Just incredible being able to drive these supercars. Our guide, Thomas was fun. Some pointers: bring proof of insurance covering 100k in damages. Thankfully, my husband and I were covered. But the other two groups had to call their insuramce on the spot to change the policy. They charged extra for driving the mclaren. And extra for two ppl to drive. For being expensive as it is, I didn't like the "nickle and diming" part. I wish they had mentioned all of this prior to coming - maybe in the confirmation email. They also changed our start time the day before to 9am instead of 12pm, but we appreciated that due to less traffic while we were cruising. I'd recommend earlier than later now.

My boyfriend is a car junkie and for father's day I decided to spoil him. We got 2 hours of driving or so with 3 different cars. Micheal was kind enough to push it alittle more because of my boyfriends track experience with some fast cars. He had the biggest smile on his face the hole time. Thanks so much for the fun experience.
