California Payroll

Run don't walk from this payroll company. I was interested in this company as they are local to me. Their sales rep, Lori Knudsen, is a walking disaster. I tried connecting with her on multiple occasions to become a client and was left with excuses about her personal health (who shares Urinary Track Infections) and why she could not get back to me. I even called their reception line and asked to speak with another rep who could assist and was told Lori was the only person in sales. I asked to speak with the owner and was told I had to work through Lori. When Lori finally got back to me after dealing with her health issues, she advised she was going on vacation and would get back to me when she returned. How the owner of this company lets potential clients slip through their fingers is beyond me. I don't even give them 1 star. Look elsewhere folks.

Always informed on what's going on and easy to make changes. They have made my payroll simple to run at an affordable price. Been with them years now.

Horrible. RUN from this payroll company!! Employee tried to obtain my pay stub six days after being given a PDF how to register to recieve my pay stub!The Instructions did not work. Called CA Payroll:Super unfriendly, non-helpful, transferred to other staff members until someone states "oh, we do not help you! You talk to your supervisor."There are great user-friendly Payroll Companies out there!Paychex, Payroll Services, and others who are proactive and know how to speak to clients and employees & understand its all about service.
