It's so nice to full control and micro tune our waves how we want them with MasterCraft. After each service our boat runs and feels new!

From the fantastic demonstration with Justin, the very pleasant final purchase of our new X23 with Bill, to the awesome training with Lysle at The Water Sports Farm, to the white gloved service with Mike T, the prompt customer service with Mike N & Kelly, to the exceptional service with James, our experience with NorCal MasterCraft all together overall has been outstanding - 5 Stars They follow through with their commitments, their techs are brilliant, the quality of service is top notch. They listen and take care of us. Our X23 is SOLID. It is a head turner. We get compliments every day on the water. This boat operates and fine tunes waves so well, we absolutely love our boat and surfing sessions. Family, friends, guests, are always stoked. Thank you for the exceptional experience.

I am the original owner of a 2000 Prostar205, The boat has been great. But I recently contacted this dealer to locate a part for it and it was just ridiculous. The parts guy, Wilson, is nice, however they were unwilling to locate a part for the boat because it is older. Basically, I was told I am on my own to try to get a part for the boat. I asked him what would happen if the boat was in there for service. Would they just keep it there for weeks, find the problem, then send you home without it being fixed because they were too lazy to get the part? As it turns out, this is a common part and still available. I was able to just research it online and find it, but it seems like as a dealer, they should just not throw you under the bus. I would not recommend this dealer to any MasterCraft owner. I have called MasterCraft in Vonore, TN to discuss this situation with them.

Ok, I've been a camping trailer guy but I think it might be time for me to evolve... who doesn't want a Mastercraft??? I think I do and when it's time to get the ultimate boat I'm going to count on Mike and Bill in Rocklin to get me set up with the perfect one- they're awesome and I won't buy a boat from anyone else. I can't wait!

If your looking for high price jiffy lube, or you want to pay a huge mark up on a boat, this is your place. But for anything beyond that, you need to go to a private service department. I Won't buy any other boat then a mastercraft, but these guys do not have a clue on fixing anything that might go wrong! Weather your just calling looking for a part, or asking about fixing something, the people answering have no clue, and will have to do their jobs for them!

If you want people to tell you that you are not qualified to do the maintenance yourself and to give you a hard time about asking for a OEM part number these are the people to call.

We have had our Mastercraft X2 serviced by Norcal Mastercraft for over 10 years. They have been extremely professional, timely and fun to interact with! The service department is always happy to entertain our numerous questions and make suggestions for how best to accomplish our goals. We have been impressed how they always keep our boat in perfect working order!

Horrible service, we made an appointment weeks ago and brought it in on a Tuesday. We never got a call to give us an update on how things were going. We had to call on Thursday to check in and then we were told that their service guy has been sick and they should get to it Friday. Customer service is seriously lacking- how do you not call your customers to give them an update? Guess we won't be using the boat on the weekend- my husbands birthday weekend at that!!UPDATE: We were told to come pick the boat up Saturday morning at 9, all fixed. WELL NOT SO MUCH...showed up there and while my husband was hooking the trailer up he noticed a even bigger brake fluid leak coming from the trailer (full on dripping). We had to leave it there- no boating for us this weekend. Hey NorCal, Why not test drive your "fix" before telling us it's ready/fixed? Unbelievable- the really bad part is there really isn't any other MasterCraft service shop near us. Bummer...for us on my husbands bday weekend.

What a NIGHTMARE it has been dealing with Norcal Mastercraft Service Center! Seriously what you are about to read is not made up.Last May, I bought a brand new Mastercraft NXT20 with a 5 year warranty. We chose Mastercraft because our last two boats were Mastercraft and they ran beautifully! My family had an amazing time on the new boat last summer but by the end there were some issues with the boat that fortunately are covered by warranty. 1) The stitching on the border of the bimini was starting to unravel.2) One of the tower speakers was cutting in and out.3) The cruise control was glitchy and did not always engage. So, In November 2016 we brought the boat to the service center and asked that on top of solving the issues above we could get a quote for an oil change and boat wash/detail. They gave us a quote and we agreed that everything would be done upon pickup. We pay for heated garage storage so we asked that the boat be stored indoors and they agreed. Two months pass, haven't heard anything from the service center about the status of our boat, but hey, that's ok because we don't plan on taking the boat out in January. We called and checked in at 3 months and 5 months, the service center never called us to update us about our $70,000 dollar boat.Ultimately, six months pass and we finally get a call to pick up our boat! Upon arrival to master craft there were already red flags:1)Apparently they did not know about changing the oil and detailing the boat.2)The CF sticker on the side of our boat is ripped off (it was not like that before).Yesterday, we took our boat out for the first time! When we went to pop up the bimini top there was a black patch smack in the center! Odd because the reason we wanted the bimini fixed was not for a hole but unraveling around the borders! The hole was not there before! Why would you put a black patch on a year old boat with an issue that is covered by warranty!???So this all doesn't sound too bad, right?? WELL, it gets WORSE!Me and my boyfriend end up launching the boat and figure we will test out the cruise control and IT DOESN'T WORK! Then we notice the pumps have turned on and we are TAKING IN WATER! The boat starts cutting out and thank god my Dad was still at the boat launch and we were able to load the boat up just in time before it SUNK!When we pull the boat out of the water we notice water pouring from the center of bottom of the boat. Norcal Mastercraft took the plugs out of the boat and FORGOT to put them back in. We didn't check if the plugs were in before we went out because we never took them out. The reason why they took them out? So they could store our boat outside and it wouldn't hold water! When we took a closer look at the interior of our boat there are mold spots all over.In the end the service center did more bad then good, the only thing that was fixed was the speaker. Norcal Mastercraft you have done more than disappoint a loyal Mastercraft customer. You ruined a beautiful boat. This will be my last Mastercraft purchase. Even if I do have more issues (that are covered by warranty) with my boat you will not be touching it.**I am sorry if I went on a lil bit of a rant here and I am not some Yelp troll. When I do write reviews its because of great service! TRUST ME, stay away.

Incompetent and unprofessional clowns. I brought them my boat thinking they could solve a MasterCraft specific issue, and all they did was waste my time, money, and worst of all, grease stained my brand new carpet. On top of all this, they gave me a long list of catastrophic engine and transmission failures (ALL grossly inaccurate) yet told me they didn't want to take on repairing them. When I confronted Mike Tresch and asked for my money back after an actual mechanic took on my issue and proved NorCal's diagnosis completely wrong, he blocked my emails. All I can say is, if this grease stain doesn't come out of this brand new carpet, court will be the next step. I didn't spend $4k on new upholstery and carpet for some incompetent clowns to ruin.
