California Boat Company is the place to go. Joe is about the most honest hardworking salesman I've met in the industry . He told me right off that his goal was not to sell me a boat... but to get me on the right boat. My wife and I had quite a journey trying to figure out what we needed. Joe was knowledgeable, patient and took time to take us on demo rides and understand how each boat would run and perform. California Boat company has good prices, and even better customer service. The entire team there is the best. I can tell that they do it because they love boats, not just chasing a paycheck. They will definitely be my go to guys for anything I need in the water.

We recently took delivery of a new boat from the team at California Boat Company and it was the most seamless experience imaginable. If you're stuck in your endless loop of research and reading and watching videos then stop it. Right now. I know this because I've been there. Seriously, just pick up the phone and ask for Joe. He will give you his honest opinions, share his knowledge and give you the time to arrive at your own decision. From the first call to delivery of the boat it was just an easy experience all around. Regarding delivery - Joe took the time to patiently explain everything and took a nice break-in cruise with us. Bonus points for the boat handling tips, Sir. If you're considering a boat definitely take a few minutes to pick up the phone and give them a call.

We just bought our Regency 220 LE Sport's pontoon boat from Nor CAL Mastercraft. We had been looking for a pontoon boat for a while . When we found the right one we called Norcal Mastercraft and talked to Josh Jagoda. He did not come off as a normal aggressive sales man but more like a friend. His general knowledge about this boat and other competing boats where very helpful. There was no pressure at all. We were invited to "Surfin' Sunday" on the Sacramento River. It was an amazing opportunity to learn about MasterCrafts and how our family would function in it. We spent a couple hours on the river in their demo boat with the Service Manager who drove, explained features and options, and answered questions. As a bonus, an amazing Hyperlite Wakesurf rep/instructor joined us and got everyone up and riding (even the old guy! lol). We saw first-hand how the boat's features help the rider. Between the expertise of the Service Manager and the wakesurf instructor, we were able to experience what a day on the lake would be like for us in a MasterCraft (nice!). If you're reading this - you know this is a big investment - and I have to ask why other dealers don't give you an opportunity to experience their boats - on the water - before you buy.And the SalesManager treated us to a great lunch at the restaurant beforehand. Great place, Great People. Our X-30 Master Craft was having electrical issues. We stopped by close to closing and Josh offered to help us. He came down to the dock where our boat was, determined the batteries were bad, and installed two new batteries. Josh was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the Master Craft boats. Our family agreed Josh went above and beyond what we expected. I would recommend this place to anyone, we will be back, and feel we have made some new friends. First experience was stellar, and will have me coming back again for all my service needs! It was simple and easy to book an appointment for an oil and impeller change. The mechanics walked me through the work once complete, and pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on, but there was not any pressure to do more work than needed. Just recommendations for my next annual service. Upon completing the work, the boat was tested before turning it back over to me. The whole process was transparent and done while I waited! High quality, high value, and a commitment to their customers makes Ca Boat Co. an easy choice.

NorCal MasterCraft just completed a 100 hour service on our 150 HP Mercury engine. We live just two bays over from their facility at Discovery Bay and on the day of my scheduled service our engine would not start because of a dead battery. I called Michael and told him I would be tardy, that the engine would not start because of a dead battery, and he sent Anthony over with a new battery..............within minutes of my phone call.There were several items to be accomplished in addition to the 100 hour service and all were completed on time and at an excellent price.Mike is a wonderful, accommodating, service manager. We took off from work early last Wednesday and towed our Cobalt to the marina to use as a trade-in on a new MasterCraft but when we got there a little after 1, the place was closed! Door was locked and no one around. We asked the guy that let us park by the wash racks if he knew where any salesperson was and all he said was that they should be there in their office. We asked him about the place and he told us that it was the old mastercraft dealership that closed down! We returned there but still no one! It appears that this "new" dealership is just the old place with a new name. A lot of the reviews here are in regards to the NorCal M/C store and not this new one. There are even reviews here that were posted by employees! Rinehart was a manager as well as others. Since that is the case, and now our wasted day bringing our trade to make a deal on a new boat, we are going elsewhere. As the old saying goes, buyer beware.
