Car blew a tire out about 30 miles away from Jackson. Nobody in the area had my size tires but these guys. Towed my car here and was in and out within 30 minutes with two new tires and a realignment at an affordable price. Very friendly and great service!

I had a tire blowout coming down from Kirkwood on Christmas, and was on my donut. I had to drive all the way back to the south bay, and didn't want to do it on my spare. Luckily, I was able to stay the night in Jackson and found that Caliber was open on the 26th. I called them up to see if they had my tire size in stock. They didn't have the exact size, but they had a set they recommended that would still fit my rim with a very minor change in diameter. They fit me in the morning and got me in and out within an hour and half - I needed a whole new set anyway so I got four tires, alignment, and new TPMS. Romeo is a solid guy and is willing to help you out and fit you in.

Went in because another mechanic had told me that I needed to get new brake pads. The guys at Caliber didn't try to oversell or upsale me. They let me know that my brake pads were fine and that I didn't actually need to get new ones for a while. Great guys!

Amazing place. Guys here are good guys and know what they are doing. My tires where one pot hole away from leaving me on the side of the road and while all other tire shops where closed or couldn't help me they took me immediately, gave me a great deal and now my car drives like a completely different car. The shop is beautiful, clean and a very nice waiting room. And they are just the nicest people. I would recommend them to anyone. I live in San Francisco but I'll make the drive here to work on my car.

Caliber Tires: instant tires & alignment. Perfect. I'll compare my experience here, vs Walmart- Pulled in late at night, bald tires & raining, got good looking all weather tires, instant install, & added the State of the art machine alignment. Everything fast, polite and competent workers, great job showing me the show room without a lot of pressure, excellent pricing, excellent service, clean work area, safety compliant. Vs Walmart: Went Dec 3rd, too busy, they had nothing in stock, forced me to order online myself, they did help me look up supposedly the right tires & picked them with me, shipped to store days later Dec 6th install 7am canceled by them, couldn't check in due to one tag & 2 tires, refused a refund, refused to let me take paid for tires with me, set ANOTHER appointment for 10th, tires they ordered on my phone were 16" & I need 14", then still without a refund, they said they had 14" in stock, tried to sell me more, I refused until a refund, came back Dec 14th, one car in shop, one car coming within 2.5hrs, 3 guys working, one wanted to pull me in & do tires, the manager was mad I hadn't purchased the prior time again, so he refused me service. Driving home, I went by Caliber Tires & they helped prevent me from having an accident in the rain, from bald tires. 100% Customer will return! THANKS!
