CALIBAMMAAAA!!! They catered at my job for a Thanksgiving dine in and my oh myyyyy they know how to throw down! From the dressing to the seasoned string beans! 10/10 will try again! No seriously lol my job loved them so much they are coming back for our Christmas dine in and I'm excited to try the prime ribs! THANK YOU CALIBAMA!

Calibama came out and did a fundraiser today for my work place and when I tell you we had 0. ... let me say that again ZERO complaints!! My peers raved over the food and are already asking when they'll be back!! Tri-Tip that makes you want to slap your mama. Mac and cheese that will make you ask for the recipe and customer service like none other!! Great job Ms Latricia and her backbone (hubby) Paul with them skills on the grill. Looking forward to networking with you in the near future. Im going to make sure my next family reunion (have one tomorrow) we'll be using their services. So professional and they make you feel like your working with your Auntie and Uncle on Thanksgiving to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone needs a nap after consuming an Awesome Meal

Delicious food is one thing, but having delicious food catered by some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet is just amazing! Latresa & Paul run a great operation. Our company always feels taken care of. They are affordable, punctual and a pleasure to do business with. They cater my 30 people meetings on a bi-weekly basis and have catered events up to 200 people with us. Never a complaint! Paul is fire on that grill and Latresa is amazing in the kitchen. Between them, you'll get a meal that is finger licking good! Our favorite is the two meat plate (ribs & tri-tip) with mac and cheese and green beans - amazing! GILLIG is truly blessed to have found CaliBama.

My nephew had them cater his engagement party today, and wow! The food was amazing! So flavorful! Baked beans, string beans, potato salad, Mac n cheese, chicken, ribs and sausage. Yum! They were all very nice, and they had a nice set up. Highly recommend!
