Cali Claw

My kids and I love claw machines and we usually would go to Round 1 but realized how much we have been spending there and not usually taking anything home. Found this online and saw their token prices and they are seem pretty reasonable so decided to give it a try.i like that all claw machines (maybe around 20 total) have different plushies/prizes. The owners are very nice and helpful! they would arrange the plushies if it gets too difficult to get one and would give tips on how to do it right.My kids enjoyed the time here and ended up taking some plushies home!

10/10 - definitely 5 This place is super clean and has great prizes. The staff is super friendly and they even give you tips on how to win the prizes. My son really wanted this one specific item and the guy their helped him with tips/tricks how to get it. Both of my kids said it was the best claw machine place they've been to because the claws actually worked well and it's guaranteed you will win a prize. They also have trade ups where you can trade your smaller winnings for bigger prizes. We will definitely be going back and will bring more friends with us next time. If you love claw machines like my two kids do, this place is a must visit! There aren't too many spots like this in the Bay area and we are always down for unique new experiences so decided to come here.The owner was so kind and had his kids there helping out attentively.He gave us some tips to play and luckily both kids came out with plushies- my youngest got his favorite Warriors plushie which completely made his day. We walked out with 3 plushies and a few toys we purchased from their selection. My oldest was able to trade for a different plushie in the same claw machine which he appreciated. There was ample selection of plushies to choose from and a great trade up program to get bigger plushies. The place was super clean.$1 will buy you 1 play token or 2 tokens for the smaller machinesThe owner even asked if we wanted to take a family picture next to the cool Kaws which we took him up on. We will definitely be back when we are in the neighborhood- we loved it here.Happy to support a family run POC small business!!

We stopped by Cali Claw on a drive back from the north bay and we had a great time! My whole family have a soft spot for claw machines, though we know it can quickly become a money pit. However the owner was so kind, and he made sure we all had a good experience. He made it easier for my young kids to win some goodies, and threw in extra tokens so we could extend our fun. The place was clean, and there was a variety of prizes in each machine. Thank you to Cali Claw!

Cali Claw is THE spot for a fun claw game experience.I went to Cali Claw with my husband for my birthday as a little fun activity to do before after my birthday lunch. We came on a Sunday afternoon and there were a couple groups there but plenty of space and machines to play. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and they explained the machine costs and the value token deals they have. As of January 2025, it's 1 token for a large machine play and 1 token gets you 2 plays on the smaller machines, with a dollar per token. They are very nice and threw in a couple extra tokens for us as trial tokens to try and get the hang of the machines. Now my spouse and I are no pros and are actively pretty bad at claw machines but even we left with a cute Sanrio themed plushie after a dozen or so tries. I saw them rearrange the plushie in the middle of our visit which made it much easier to grab. I even saw them get up and help with a mom and her 2 daughters advice on how to snag a plush they were going for.When we finished our tokens, they even gave us an extra token each as a last chance bonus when we returned the token tray. They are so friendly and we definitely be back to practice our claw skills.

Cool little spot to spend time time while at Todos Santos. The owners are incredibly nice. The machines are new and you can actually win stuff here. Clean shop and it's not to loud. My son and I really enjoyed it here.

Found this place via Yelp. & Now I understand why all the 5 stars reviews!I came here with my son and daughter today because we love claw machines. This place was very nice and clean, small but plenty of claw machines to choose from. There was a cool Kaws statue too!Total family owned business and I love that. The vibe was cool and chill, the owner was very nice! He gave us extra tokens during our visit since the kids weren't hitting any plushies. He even helped position the plushies to make it easier for my 7 year old daughter and gave us tips on where to claw. We appreciated that!Ended up leaving with 3 plushies and a Hello Kitty keychain. We enjoyed this place and wouldn't mind coming back. Customer service was A1!

Saw a few friends post about Cali Claw and knew we had to bring the little guy since he's really into claw machines right now.Roel (sp?) was awesome!Very encouraging and definitely made the experience a good one for our toddler (and us adults!). He reminded us that claw machines are not only fun - but also promote patience, hand eye coordination, and depth perception.Big claw machines are one play per token.Small claw machines are two plays per token.The more big machine prizes you collect give you a chance at trading up -- 3 prize, 6 prize, 9 prize, and 12 prize increments.Prizes were up to date:Hello Kitty and friends, One Piece, Inside Out 2, Bluey.. etc.The have a bonus token system - buy a certain number of tokens, get some bonus tokens thrown in.I must admit - Cali Claw brought out the child in me, without having to spend an arm and a leg like at other places with claw machines. And we found we were more likely to win (and have fun) here.*BONUS*Music, vibe, and color scheme were definitely our vibe!Tell 'em the Octopus/Jellyfish kid sent ya!

I love claw machines, but what's even better is going to a place where you know you will leave with at least one plushie in hand. When arriving here, the owner was super nice and informative about how why he opened this claw machine place and he really wanted to let children have the feeling of winning. Comparing this place to round 1, with round 1 you never really know how much you're spending because of their credit system. However, here at Cali Claw, one token at a big machine gives you one play, and one token at a small machine gives you two plays. Service here is top notch. If you feel like you can't get access to winning a plushie, the owner will help you by adjusting the toy to make it easy to win. He will also give you tips and tricks on where to grab in order to win. What I also like about this place is let's say you win a plushie at the machine, but you wanted a different plushie that was offered in that same machine, you can do a trade which is awesome! They offer various sizes of plushies and they have a trade in system where if you wanted to get the enormous plushie that is worth like 16 plushies, you can put your name into their system and trade in x amount of plushies. That way when you come back and win some more, you're in their system with a detailed amount of how many you already traded in. Highly recommend coming here because it's fun, service is amazing and who doesn't love plushies?!

Memories from Japan! This is a newly opened business in Concord! I stopped by with my family after dining nearby, and it is a fun place. They have many claw machines with a good variety of toys. The establishment is very clean, and the owner is very nice. I got one toy. Overall, it is a great fun place for all ages!
