My adorable wife and I were looking for a low cost way to celebrate Valentine's Day and our eight month wedding anniversary. By pure coincidence, we both stumbled upon an Amador County Valentine's Day Wine tour. The six hour tour would depart Rancho Cordova via a luxury motor coach, and shuttle us to Amador County for a tour of three wineries. During the journey into Amador County, the hosts would serve beer and Mimosas (bringing your own bottle was also encouraged). With that being said, we were all in!As directed, we arrived at 9:45am sharp. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the host (Mrs. Rachelle), and her husband (Mr. Wyatt). We immediately boarded, and 15 minutes later we were on our way to Amador. Roughly 10 minutes into the trip, Rachelle & Wyatt began pouring Mimosas and offering little snacks (because we all know what happens when you drink on an empty stomach). During the 45 minute trek into Amador, we engaged in conversation with other couples on the bus (this is vital in a generation that doesn't prefer conventional interactions), while Rachelle and Wyatt mingled around the bus to ensure that everyone was fully accommodated. 45 minutes later we arrived at our first stop, Karmere winery. The staff at Karmere was extremely accommodating, and did a great job of providing some background information in regards to their winery and the overall Amador County wine tasting experience. We were so pleased by their customer service and their wine, that we purchased a couple of bottles. After an hour at Karmere, we left and headed to our next destination, Dobra Zemjla.Dobra Zemjla was a nice intimate environment, very Valentine's Day appropriate. They offered chocolates, cheese, and cheese-stuffed green olives to accompany the wine tasting. Although accommodating, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with the crowd from our bus. After everyone made their way through the wine tasting menu, we all headed outside to the picnic tables for lunch. Rachelle and Wyatt had a full platter of sandwich options, drinks, and chips prepared for consumption. This gave everyone an opportunity to converse while soaking up some of their wine. After lunch, we packed up and headed to our last stop, Bella Piazza.Bella Piazza had a beautiful backyard vibe with an elevated view of Amador County. So beautiful of a view that we decided to conduct our wine tasting outdoors on the patio with some four other couples. In between wine tasting, we had an icebreaker at the table that set the tone for some hilarious revelations! The staff did a great job of quenching our thirst at the appropriate moments (some of us even received seconds of our favorite wine). Unfortunately, all great things come to an end, so an hour later we were on the bus heading back to Rancho Cordova. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the wine tour and most importantly, the services rendered by Rachelle and Wyatt. Throughout the tour they were professional and accommodating (due to their positive Yelp reviews, this came as no surprise). We met some great people, and may have actually met a new couple to hang out with (meeting likeminded people is always a difficult task)! We'll keep our eyes peeled for future Cain Events!

I've attended several events hosted by Cain Event Planning! Rachelle is the best host ever! Anything that is needed, she has prepared for & planned out! Snacks, travel, locations have always been exquisite! I've had several friends & family members attend other events & everyone says the same thing: I cannot wait to go again! I have referred her to anyone needed event planning or looking to attend their day trips (wineries, festivals, etc.)! I've attended a couple of weddings Rachelle handled & they seriously look like they belong on a wedding magazine ad. She is by far the most talented, kind, thoughtful & brilliant planner ever.

We went on the Mother's Day wine tasting event. Overall it was an ok experience. First the bus arrived late, we were specifically told to arrive early and that the bus would be leaving promptly at 10. The bus did not arrive until after 10am, which put us behind 30 minutes, leaving at 10:30. The first winery was nice no complaints there, the second winery (where we ate lunch) was ok. The food was anything but filling, and the ladies organizing the event could have done a better job in dispersing the chips and water, our table always seemed to be skipped. Where we ate was outside in the cold which was anything but comfortable, it was not outside weather to say the least! I have to say if it was nice outside it would of been a better experience but if the weather was horrible and secondary plan needs to be executed. One small heater will not heat more than 30 people. I did like that they gave us snacks in between the bus rides! The camera man was amazing always trying to incite excitement within the group. On the bus the ladies were a bit unorganized with dispersing the snacks and sandwiches, they skipped people numerous times. The third winery was amazing!! Again they seated us outside so we froze! They had a fire place and it was not turned on! Lol oh well, overall there was a lot of wine. But for me the experience was not worth the price

Guys this was the worst trip of my life. We were supposed to have a fabulous time in Napa. $45 a person we expected cold drinks and a few snacks. The people working the bus were sweating all over our snacks and drinks it was a disaster! The bus driver seemed not to k ow any shortcuts and hit traffic head on! Where do we start? Warm mimosa Warm beerHot bus on way up and back, the driver did. It knows how to turn the AC on? We had to help him but When clicking buttons on bus to fix air they turned off charging stations so phone died Suffered Heat exhaustion Vomited A major migraine.Praying they refund our money for this disaster! After verifying Rachelle refunded our money so that was classy.

Rachelle made my wedding more perfect than I could have even imagined. My entire experience with her was amazing and flawless. I hired her as my day of coordinator but met with her several times prior to discuss my vision. She was very attentive at each meeting, came on time, and was extremely professional. She gave great suggestions and provided wonderful input into different ideas I shared. On the day of, she was able to handle everyone in my bridal party and my family very well. She made everything as beautiful as I had wanted. Being the controlling bride I was, I had a long list of things and decorations I had wanted up. She arrived early that day and delegated all of the duties to everyone she brought with her. When I walked out to see the venue, I absolutely loved everything I saw. She brought the vision I had life!Throughout the entire night she went by the schedule we had talked about and made on point decisions on what needed to change. I entirely trusted her to do everything that I had asked plus more.Without Rachelle, I don't know how my wedding would have turned out. She did more than what I had asked for. I would and have recommended her for any event or wedding.

Cain Event Planning is ALL AROUND amazing! I reached out to Rachelle, from Los Angeles, almost a year before my wedding. I was planning my Sacramento wedding and wanted a day-of coordinator. Rachelle went over and beyond her "day-of" coordination responsibilities and was just wonderful for helping us with our wedding. Rachelle set me on the right path, early-on with making sure I was on the right planning schedule for our wedding. Not only was Rachelle fabulously communicative, she was beyond professional and fun all the same time. Throughout planning I did reach out to Cain Events for suggestions and feedback and she was always helpful and gave great recommendations. In addition, Rachelle served to constantly calm my Bridezilla fears. First, Rachelle exquisitely handled our large bridal party at the Rehearsal. She completely took control with ease. Rachelle commanded the attention of our party, to get through a very difficult environment for a rehearsal - and she did it all ease and respect for all those involved, while also commanding and getting respect in turn. In addition, I am grateful that Cain Events pulled in to take a lot of stress off of my shoulders. Rachelle absolutely knew what she was doing and her work at the rehearsal enabled our wedding ceremony to go off smoothly and perfectly (perfectly imperfect due to the 8 plus children we had in the wedding party, ... but it's also THOSE imperfections that make it perfect too ;)I'm a control freak and put on events in Los Angeles and have a high-standard for how I like things to turn out. For every party I have ever thrown, be that for any client or myself - I have always been the one at set-up and seeing the project through. However, as the bride, I didn't have that luxury for our wedding. In addition to not being able to set up, our beautiful venue was a little unconventional for weddings. To say the least, I was a nervous wreck about how everything would turn out for our big day/night. I can honestly say I was blown away and beyond glowing with pride at the absolute beauty of the whole day/evening. I am beyond appreciative to Cain Events; Rachelle really listened to what I was going for, for the whole feel and look of the wedding. Rachelle and her staff worked meticulously to ensure that all the pre-prep photos I sent them were absolutely perfectly replicated and that our wedding looked absolutely amazing. The staff really understood my desire and dedication to detail. In addition, we had a LOT of activities going on at the reception (and ceremony, now that I think about it all,) Rachelle and the whole staff insured that the many, many parts of the engine ran smoothly and beautifully. I have to say I was not expecting our wedding to be as absolutely gorgeous as it was.. I just wanted to be prepared, all around, so I wouldn't get distraught on our special night. I say that - not from my expectation of the wedding coordinator - just all around, with all our vendors I wanted to be prepared that obviously all my dreams could not come true. But with Rachelle's diligence and an absolutely wonderful group of vendors, our wedding was NOTHING less than my dream wedding, beyond gorgeous. I owe all of that to Cain Event Planning for pulling it all together!

Thoughtful, collaborative, organized and with quiet authority, Rachelle knows what a successful event looks like - what to avoid and what works. She understood the wedding and celebration my daughter was going for, and working closely with vendors, respecting what each brought to the table, she made sure everything came together when needed, and then flowed seamlessly from one activity to the next. When the evening was over, my cheeks sore from so much smiling, I went back into the venue to help where needed. Rachelle was overseeing clean-up, everything tended to, vendors packing up and joking together, friendly and comfortable. This is the moment I look back at as the reason I want to award Rachelle all the stars I can, because I realized then how well everyone was working together and that I'd had a great time at my own daughter's wedding!I was so confident in Rachelle, that I hadn't given one teensy thought to details all day. Rachelle made sure my daughter's wedding was awesome! It is a pleasure to highly recommend Rachelle and her company, Cain Event Planning!

Cain Event planning was literally one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Rachelle & her team were exceptional. Through out the whole process, Rachelle was right there by our side. She made it happen from start to finish. She made sure our vision was brought to life. I loved that I was able to run things by her and she would get it done. I trusted Rachelle with everything. She set up meetings to go over logistics of the wedding, she spoke with our vendors to ensure everything was good to go for wedding day. WEDDING DAY -- everything was perfect!! She made sure the day was smooth & I didn't have to worry about anything. Truly the best & sooooo professional. I would refer her to all new brides... & more. Definitely book her for any event you are thinking about having. She's your girl. Thank you so much, Rachelle.
