"It had been awhile since I had lunch here. We arrived around 3:30pm and it was quiet and empty. I was unaware that they have a Happy Hour Menu until 6pm (even on a Sat). The entrees we ordered were fairly priced, even wine and a few cocktails. I thoroughly enjoyed the pear salad which had a delicious blend of greens, sliced pears (soft), crumbled pecans and bleu cheese. My fish slider sandwich had a nice crunch to it. Fresh with a good amount of slaw. The chocolate cake was delicious! Dense and very chocolatey with a creamy frosting. Our waitress was attentive enough and kept checking on us throughout our meal. Much appreciated. The interior of this place is always nice and I love sitting by the big windows. I choose this place as my fave place to dine in downtown Livermore. Consistently good food and service."

"I went here for the first time.... And it was great!Food: the crepes were delicious! I had a savory breakfast crepe and a dessert crepe- Bananas Foster. Yummm. The only negative I can say is that I didn't care for the ice cream.Menu: they have a great variety of food... and gluten free options- just ask!Service: I don't know our waitresses name (not sure if she introduced herself- I may have just missed it). She was attentive, professional and very nice. Atmosphere: we sat outside- which was fabulous! There were a fly or two tryin to eat for free, but other than that- the weather was great (0900) and the area was decorated nicely. Price: it's an issue EVERYWHERE (at least in CA). No exception here. I will be going back- but as a special treat type of visit."

"Well to start off with there is plenty of parking here! Got here at 4:15 they open at 4:30 but lots of people trying to get in here, so I think that's a good sign!Was greeted by Abha and was very helpful with the menu, how to say service is outstanding at this restaurant.They gave me their version of chips and salsa made out of chickpeas. The restaurant has a very nice ambience, casual or formal your choice. and the food was amazing!!So if you're in this area and craving Indian food, this is the place to go to!"

"I love Swirl!My friend and I go here pretty often, as it's kind of a "halfway" meetup point between our two cities, and a great place to hang. It's such a good spot- great ambiance and good prices. I love that they have live music coming back again after a COVID hiatus, and everything is spread and distanced super well. Prior to COVID, there was even more seating and it was fun to have communal picnic tables and such. They have a good selection of reasonably priced wine, and I also LOVE the sangria and the sangria slushees when it gets hot!The food is interesting to me- some of it is really high quality, and then some of it feels like they just opened a grocery store package and microwaved it. That's probably my only knock on them- for the price of the food, I'd go somewhere else in DT Livermore and then come here for my drinks afterwards. The only downside is that sometimes there are drunk morons there with poorly trained dogs who get up in your and your own dogs' space. We've had more than one occasion where someone has let their dog stretch 20 feet away from their table on their retractable leash and come get up in our business (Livermore has a very strict 6 foot leash law, so besides being rude, it's a breach of the rules). This happens pretty much anywhere that's dog friendly so it's not really a surprise, but it's worth a word of caution if you aren't a fan of dogs, or have a dog of your own that isn't a fan of other animals in their face."

"This was our first time here. The place is very nicely done inside. The staff all were very friendly, polite, and courteous. The food was outstanding! I had the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and the sauce was the best I ever had! I don't please easily so that says something! I price was great and the portions were great as well. Well done!"
