"AWARENESS:Gearing up for our family trip to Japan in 2026, I know I needed to start getting my picky wife acclimated to eating things she's never tried like, Ramen and Pho, so a few weeks ago, I talked to her into joining me here at Pho Rice & Roll'd for a late lunch, early dinner.NARRATIVE:We arrived around 4:00 pm on a Saturday and were seated and drink orders were taken right away. The menu here is really extensive. Lots of Pho and Ramen combinations, but it was nice to see to they also serve Chinese dishes like, Chow Fun, Chow Mein and stir fried items.I ordered a large Pho with both Rare and Flank Steak, Brisket, Tendon and Tri Tip. I also ordered Beef Spring rolls for the wife and I to share. The wife ordered a small Pho with Beef. The Pho made it to the table within 10 minutes of our orders and it was piping hot. Lots a vermicelli noodles, veggies and meat and sides of jalapeños, bean sprouts and aromatic herbs.SCENE:Pho Rice & Roll'd is located in the City of Tracy off of Naglee Rd.RECOMMENDATION(S):Outstanding Pho. Highly recommended."
"If you're visiting Modesto and craving a spot that delivers on variety, authenticity, and flavor, this place is a must-try! Coming from SoCal, I wasn't sure how the food scene here in NorCal would compare, but this place absolutely hit the spot. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, so there's something for everyone. I always love trying fish and chips wherever I go, and theirs did not disappoint--crispy, fresh, and perfectly cooked. But the star for me was the garlic noodles--hands down some of the best I've ever had. They had just the right balance of flavors, with a perfect blend of richness and seasoning that kept me going back for more.Pricing-wise, I think it's fair for what you get--quality, authentic food that's well worth it. I don't know why some reviews complain about the cost; you truly get what you pay for here. Whether you're in the mood for seafood or noodles, Crawfish Noodle & Grill delivers with top-notch flavors and a welcoming vibe. Also, the service is pretty great especially for authentic Vietnamese food (IYKYK).Definitely adding it to my list again for the next NorCal trip!"

"It was a rainy day yesterday and we decided to go to the movies, our daughter was craving Pho and my hubby take us to this restaurant, the spring rolls and calamari were delicious , daughter order a seafood pho and she said it was delicious, she even do her little dance it was perfect for the cold weather I order the beef Vermicelli and hubby the chicken one , I was impressed because my steak and the chicken were grill given another level to our food , the chai te was delicious too and our server was the sweetest, the restaurant started to get really busy but all the staff was really friendly the restaurant is really clean you see all the staff continuously cleaning tables , we love this place and for sure we are coming back ."
"Amazing food, not the fanciest place, but definitely great, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Pretty big restaurant, also able to accommodate if you have a bigger group. Reasonably priced.. and will customize a dish if you have specific dietary needs. I asked if they could make charbroiled beef wrapped onions, a dish I had at another Vietnamese restaurant in the Bay Area.. and the Lotus salad was fresh and delicious.. with a little spice.. Everything was yummy! This is our go to for Vietnamese. Price and quality of food along with the staff is 5 stars"
"Omg!! Love love the wonton pho!!! And egg rolls are served hot and fresh!! Best broth Ive had in manteca Served fast!! Ambiance is cute and small!"
"After opening two businesses, birthing a child and having one on the way, I don't remember the last time I had the time or energy to write a yelp review but I had to give recognition when it's so well deserved! Our group of 18 walked in earlier tonight and, of course, waited a bit for a table and admittedly, were a bit anxious with our 9 hungry kids. On top of that, coming from Great Wolf Lodge, we consumed nothing but nachos and burgers all day. Also, being Vietnamese, we've had a lot of Vietnamese food all over the world so although we had high hopes for a delicious dinner, we were also prepared for just mediocre food. Tell me why not a single person in our party, big or small, was disappointed in their food? In fact, as I was prepping my two year old's bowl, everyone was taking turns raving about their food! Finally, I tried my filet mignon pho and it was as good as everyone mentioned. The kids slurped up their entire bowls and the adults were happy campers. This will definitely be our go to spot next time we are in the area! Food came out fast, presentation was great and staff was very friendly!"
"When it comes to aesthetics this is not the place for aesthetics. But as far as the food. the food was really good. I had the pho dac biet. The broth was very flavorful and very enjoyable. For appetizers I had the spring rolls. They have shrimp and pork so I asked for a combination of both and that was superb. That was delicious. matcha lemonade was really good as well. Customer service was really really good. They smiled and the food came out fast."
"Been coming here for years and it'll always be my favorite pho spot in Stockton. Family owned and the quality of broth has stayed consistently perfect. Definitely a mom & pop spot that does not miss! Always order the spring rolls, they never fail!"
"Food. Wow excellent! The ban mi pork was super fresh n tasty the bread was excellent!!! I wish it had a little more meat. But either way it was delishous! We also had the pho beef/chicken was great!! Fresh and the food was served in no time!! I'm definitely going back to try more!Service! Excellent! First the place and the food drinks silverware was super clean n fresh. The ice waster was perfect with a hint of lemon! I was like wow. The wait staff was on it very attentive!Ambiance. Normal not too fancy, the food is the star of the show super clean place I liked that. It was a little more pricey than usual place we go too. But it was worth it great place . Looking forward to going back!"
"Very busy during lunch. The broth is usually more hot and I prefer it that way but it is very delicious still. The large was enough for me and my mother to share."

Our only place for Vietnamese food. Our son loves the teriyaki chicken plate and I believe most kids would eat it also. Great selection of food and clean establishment. Five stars to my gangsters here!

My favorite dish here hands down is the garlic noodles with seafood combo. I have come here in the past just for that many times especially when I'm in the area because I live in Manteca. Friday, February 23, we commuted all the way from Tracy, but it was totally worth it. Fasting on Fridays and abstaining from meat as a Catholic during the Lenten season is not easy, but if you want a seafood spot to try out this is the place to go. Only downside is the service. There was only one waitress and thankfully my family of 3 beat the lunch crowd otherwise our wait may have been much longer. The waitress was really nice and took my husband's mayonnaise allergy seriously and put all the sauces even one's without mayonnaise into covered separate sauce containers. I will definitely be coming back!

Best broth I've had in the city so far! I've ate there and ordered to go and they never let down. The food comes out in a timely manner and always tastes fresh. Last time I ordered to-go, I stopped at another store before going home in Lodi and everything still tasted fresh! That doesn't happen at a lot of places.

Saigon Bowl Noodle House is a hidden gem. I originally discovered it on Yelp while working nearby and since moving to Sacramento I've been craving their Combination Wonton Soup with Egg Noodles.I was in the area recently and took the opportunity to stop by. Luckily they have a parking lot that makes it easy to stop by and I opted for dine in. I was greeted by the staff and chose a table by the window. I ended up ordering a Vietnamese Iced Coffee ($5.99), the Grilled Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls ($8.95) and Combination Wonton Soup with Egg Noodles ($14.50).The coffee was strong (just what I needed) and their spring rolls were filled with veggies, noodles and meat. I really enjoyed that they served them with peanut sauce and fish sauce and their peanut sauce is delicious. The soup came out hot and fresh and was loaded with meat and veggies along with thai basil, bean sprouts and lemon on the side. All their food items are generous portions and I ended up taking well over half of it home with me as leftovers. The restaurant is no frills, but the homemade dishes and care the owners have shines through. There are plenty of seats and it's great for a quick meal or spot to meet with friends.

"I went in last night for the first time to celebrate by gf birthday. I heard great things about this place, I had to check it out myself. N I agree this place is awesome. The food n drinks is delicious. The owner n staff is very hospitable !! They also have brunch every last Saturday of each month which gonna be back for!! I definitely recommend this place !!"
"Walked in and was seated immediately. Ordered a Thai tea, deep fried shrimp rolls, and the #1 (small) .Food came out pretty quick. The Thai tea is pretty good, even without Boba (I know shame on me).Deep fried shrimp rolls were pretty darn good, hot crispy, and just as you'd expect them to be. The combo #1 was solid. Definitely not the best Phó I've had but far from the worst. The broth just needed a little hoisin and siriracha to bump it up a notch. This is one of those places with a fun name. I mean The Phó haha... Has a great name like Phó King (which is amazing btw) down in Monterey.I'll more than likely come back again to try their other phó options and/or grab some spring rolls after a Dr appointment across the road. Service was good, food filling and tasty. What is not to like?"
"Just as good as the first time I came here. The service was quick and effortless. I get the kids meek chicken pho since I am very small it is just enough to fill me up :) the ambiance is super chill; no loud people just comfort and good conversation. I came here alone this time and I felt super comfortable. I got the booth to myself which was nice. You pay after at the kiosks with the lady that rings you up; it's super fast and convenient! I'm definitely becoming a regular here :)"
"The best beef pho I have had in a long time here in Stockton. The service was great, very welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was clean! Lots of tables for dining. I will definitely be back soon for more delicious Pho!"
"I'll do it again! I found this place because the food in the hospital was horrendous. Luckily Yelp never disappoints. The name attracted me, and my wife was having trouble eating solid heavy food. I thought what the heck let's try it. This place was amazing! Pho was fresh and hot. Had all the traditional fixings. Basil, lime, cilantro, sprouts, sriracha and hoisin. I've never ordered the Seafood Pho so I thought meh I'll give it a go. . Fish balls are awesome, shrimp, imi crab. Just perfect. Spring roll had that peanut sauce that was just delicious. The veggies were fresh and delicious. The Bahn Mi.....Chefs kiss. I've had my share of sammiches and this one was the first I've ever had on a French roll that fills the takeout box. I ate half and half for lunch the next day. Get the Thai Tea. It's a nice dessert treat. We already made a second order from the place. They are fast and super friendly. The inside is clean and traditional Pho restaurant. Love it. I'm coming back. Doesn't matter what time it is, it's always Pho o'clock when you roll in there."
"Authentic Khmer food presented in a clean and modern manner. Very happy this place exists as I'm Khmer and had more restaurant options out in the west coast. Not only is the food made by Cambodian cooks, the flavor profiles are very accurate and delicious! Anything with the curry sauce will be amazing. The owner is also VERY sweet, she always checks up on each table and is there to make sure each guest is treated well. Prices are mid-range, but it's easy to spend quite a bit if you want to try new things (like I did with the lamb dumplings and frog legs). $$ is well worth spent tho and I'm happy to make a trip out here every time :)"
"I always call ahead and order #15 for takeout. Vermicelli with Pork, grilled shrimp and egg roll. When I get to Pho Town it's ready in 15 min"
"Super cold outside so a good soup sounded appealing. Decided to try this spot to see what it's all about. Clean and bright when you walk in, quickly greeted and seated.I ordered pho with no meat (kept the beef broth, just wasn't feeling anything too heavy today). Also ordered the potstickers. The pho hit the spot for me and I'm more than full. The potstickers were a little on the oily side for me. Not sure I'd order them again, but the flavor was there.Once you finish, you pay up at the counter."
"On our visit, we ordered an appetizer to start off and the large size chicken pho. I absolutely enjoy the food here. The pho is tasty, warm and well prepared. 5/5.The service is always great. The young people at the front are very attentive and willing to help. 5/5.The inside is very spacious, great for groups and solo/duo dates. The interior design is alive, very well decorated. 5/5."
"I ordered for delivery and everything came very hot. Pleased with all of that food. I really like their egg plant tofu dish, one of my very favorites"
"Great food. Fast and friendly service. Stopped here with family at visiting the caves (due to good reviews) and it didn't disappoint!"
"It's been quite a while since I visited this place. It's changed management a couple of times mostly likely since then.I tried stopping a couple of months ago and no one was out front, so I waited a few minutes and left. This time, someone arrived immediately and greeted me. I sat and she brought a menu. Within a minute or so, someone came to take my order.I ordered a Seafood Vermicelli, T-13 perhaps. It looked like the best combo for what I wanted. I also asked for iced tea. They should have had more on the menu. I was actually looking for com dia/rice plate. The menu was unusual for a VietNamese restarant, but at least, I found something I wanted. In just a few minutes more, both items were at my table. That's quite impressive, although I was the only customer at the time. For a medium bowl, I thought it quite large. It reminded me of a place down south, Pho Super Bowl, where the large bowl was enough to host an event of its own.The broth was good, the noodles were separated, and there was a bit of shrimp, squid, fish balls, but the crab didn't quite have the right texture. I wanted fish today, so having a bit of painted red fish was okay. The iced tea was fine, also. The restaurant doesn't look as good as it might. I sat at table 1, and I think that's probably where staff eats, so that makes sense why the supplies weren't quite full. Still, there was enough for me to use and that's what really matters. The price was good and the service was friendly."
"the food here is so yummy! the wontons in the pho were my favorite, super juicy and pairs well with the broth. the service was minimal but friendly! the inside of the restaurant is very clean and comfortable. i'd definitely come here again if i were in the area :)"
"So this is a new spot in the downtown area. The menu is definitely different. The price of pho is a wee bit steep. I think the regular bowl was sitting at $12.50. I wasn't too hungry so I went with the grilled pork spring rolls. First observation, they placed the two spring rolls together and then wrapped them in plastic. That's a big No No. First, the two spring rolls placed together caused them to stick together. Upon separating the twins, it caused the rice wrap to tear. As for the spring rolls, they were ok. Nothing to brag about. If this was your only option within walking distance for spring rolls, then This place could satisfy your hunger."
