The gentleman had absolutely no problem with exchanging the product and had handled the issue perfectly. They have great products and a store full of merchandise you can get lost in. I guess I take for granted my shop. $3 bucks can add up. I also noticed that they closed at 8pm.. I mean, this was a smoke shop.. come on.. I could have went to Walgreens & got them for cheaper. There is a really good variety of different vapes, including green bar pulse and pulse x, viho, Oxbar, and more which I can't remember. I also think his prices are awesome, and not just on the vapes there but I have purchased a glass pipe there before and this pipe one of the best quality I have ever had and I have bought A LOT of pipes since I was 18. The store is always clean and they never close early and they open up early too. All and all one of 2 of my go to ships for my smoking needs whether it's pipes, papers, bongs, vapes, ciggys, wraps, screens and anything you could need. Also, never received a faulty vape, eventho it happens, for whatever reason they are quality vapes. Please please check these guys out, as I'm a huge fan of supporting small business owners! They said that they would have my equipment ready on the day AND time I requested. I was grateful, and somewhat surprised that they had exactly what I needed, which did not mirror my previous U-Haul episodes.When I picked up the equipment the next day, an almost brand new truck was waiting by the front door. The staff who attended to me was very professional and courteous. He saw my reservation and fulfilled it exactly. He didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need or request. The entire transaction took about 5 minutes, and I was out to door to pick up my furniture.I can't imagine a better experience renting equipment."
